This is the most adorable little coffee shop I have encountered in the Elk Grove / Sacramento area. It is owned by the mayor of Elk Grove and they give away a percentage of their sales to a charity benefiting young girls who have been the victims of Human Trafficking. AND the service is delightful, very friendly and I always have a nice little conversation with the cashier (hence my knowledge of the shop. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable about the coffee and various treats that they sell. The inside is pleasant and inviting with comfy padded chairs, communal table (also individual tables for the less social) and free wifi. Great place to sit and work if you are into the whole coffee house thing. AND the food is great. The coffee is very nice, but the bagels that they sell are literally the best bagels on the face of the planet. They buy their bagels from a local bakery and they are made fresh everyday. The only thing I would have to complain about is that they dont get enough bagels and usually run out by mid-morning.

I really like the ambiance here, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Even the pastries are delicious! I cant bring myself to give this great little shop 5 stars, though, because every time Ive had their coffee, it tasted burned. The brewed coffee I tried twice, and it was burned and super bitter both times, then when I tried a latte, thinking the milk would even things out, it was even worse! Next time I go, Ill ask if they have a light or medium roast (even though Im not usually a light roast fan), because I SO want to love this place. For now, though, I cant recommend their coffee.

Best coffee shop Ive ever been to. Try their iced guava ginger tea when you want a break from coffee. We buy their coffee beans on the regular to cause their flavor is just amazing. Forget Starbucks/ Petes coffee (Ive always hated Petes though), Rescate makes these places seem like scrubs. They even have good food that isnt microwaved garbage!!! You can really tell the difference when people enjoy and take pride in what they do.

This is one of those spots that once you go once, youre hooked. Wonderful staff is knowledgeable and exceptionally friendly, without being cheesy. The owner is a fantastic guy who also works with other local businesses like Flatland Brewing. The dirty chai latte is one of the best Ive had in a while. Definitely worth a try if youre looking for something new and local.

Let me just say I am 100% a coffee snob and Rescate Coffee absolutely deserves five stars! Their coffee is the best of quality, full of flavor, not overly strong or too sweet, but just right! The ambiance is perfect and the staff is always so polite and upbeat! I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone and everyone in Elk Grove or traveling through!

Love this place! So glad that Elk Grove has a local coffee roasting alternative to the chains. They roast great coffee and prepare great drinks in the shop. The Staff are very kind and the place is comfy for hanging out too! The WIFI speeds are great, very productive place to get out of the house and get things done.

Love this local coffee house. The owners are fantastic and really are involved and care about their community. They are the only coffee house in Elk Grove that roasts their coffee beans right on the premises and you can taste the difference.

I came to this location just to order espresso. The service was noce, location was good. The espresso was tasty. They also have an open mic night, which is great as well. I definitely recommend this place if you are in the Elk Grove area.

Loved this quaint little place in elk grove! Its only been here since January of 2016. Small but spacious with ample seating. Staff are all very kind. The food and drink options are great! I love mom and pops, and try to visit them often.
