Counter clerks in pharmacy are NOT trained in customer service. There is one young guy (not a pharmacist) who is the absolute worst! Rude, treats everyone with disdain and arrogance.

pharmacy is maddening. they take long to fill a prescription, they say they will do something and then they dont. i have had at least 3 or 4 bad, inefficient experiences with them.

They were lazy enough to say they had no steam cards. I later found a PILE of them sitting in a corner, worst service ever. At least there was one nice clerk though.

I disagree with the comments, the staff at Eagle Rock/Colorado CVS are friendly and helpful, from the pharmacy to photo counter. Its clean too and well stocked.
