Joan was the florist for my out-of-state wedding. I cannot overstate just how beautiful my flowers were. She went beyond what I expected, like decorating the church pews and my cake, and was well prepared since we had leftover flowers that my parents and aunts got to enjoy. She worked unassumingly but methodically in the background and really contributed a great deal to the beauty and success of my wedding. I like to look at her designs on Facebook, but naturally think that mine were the prettiest!

They have no customer service whatsoever. They should be out of business. My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentines Day to be delivered to my work, but my daughter got sick and I had to call in sick. He emailed them first thing in a morning at 7am to change the delivery address. He called them later to check if my flowers are being delivered to home. They were so rude about it and told him they going to charge him extra $10. Shame on you

Catails shipped my flowers to Cape Cod and blew all other competition out of the water. The flowers where hand picked by the owner and imported to the US. It was over the top beautiful and took my breath away. She and her staff are so creative and have always had the utmost patience with all my silly request as a bride. I would recommend CATAILS so call a head...they are popular....and you will be pleased!
