This was my first time unit Citti Florist, I only ordered on things, my sister bouquet. I paid $150.00 for it, which to me was over prices in general. Now where to start.. When I ordered the flowers I make the order over the phone. My sister colors for her wedding were Orange and purple, so naturally I ordered a orange and purple bouquet. I told the lady over the phone that I was exotic flowers, such as star gazers, and other unique flowers.. she seemed to get the picture I was painting. I picked up the flowers the next day, and my sister wedding was the following day. When I got there NO ONE seemed to smile, and I was waiting for what seemed like 20 min to just pick something up that I had already paid for. When they brought the flowers out to me, the first thing I noticed was that the bouquet was maid of stickily Orange and purple ROSEES!!! which is not what I ordered.. however the flowers were still beautiful, and I knew my sister would be happy, so I took the flowers as is, after discussing how to store the flowers until the next day (wedding day). I was told the keep them refrigerated.. so I did. The next day I noticed that the flowers were already DYING!!! I was beyond pissed, we tried to position the flowers so that it would show so much in the pictures.. however that proved to be hard due to there be freakin THORNS on the stems!!!! Who in there right mind makes a bouquet with thorns still attached? It was an absolute nightmare. We did our best to make it work. Naturally when the wedding was over my sister wanted to store the flowers, and keep them. However they were severely dying at this point. So I called Citti Florist, and told them what had happened, and how we were very disappointed, I mean this wasnt a dinner party.. this was a WEDDING!! the guy I spoke with seemed less than interested, so I asked to speak with a manager, whos name was Justin. He wasnt there, I was told he would give ma call back.. By no surprise I never heard anything back. So a week later I called them back.. managed to get him on the phone and he had NO idea who I was or why I was so upset. I explained the situation to him, then asked that they remake the bouquet so my sister can dry them out and salvage them, and refund my money! he told me that he will give my money back but was not going to remake the bouquet. I was so upset and told him that this was horrible customer service, and that this was so inconvenient to us especially during a wedding! I offered to send him time stamped pictures, so he could see the quality of his product, and he could care less. he told me that he would remake the flowers, and give me store credit and that he would use the STORE CREDIT TO REAMKE THE BOUQUET!! I was blown away to say the least! I will NEVER go back there ever again!! I recommend that everyone stays away from his place! They dont care about the quality of there product, nor how they treat there customers!!

I never wrote any comment, but this time I felt i should write one about this store. This is the nearest florist to my home, but I never tried to deal with them. I usually shop online, but this time I needed a special order, so I needed face to face talk. I always check the reviews about any new place I will go, and when I checked this store reviews I told myself that I will never deal with them. However, I went to few florists stores and none of them had what I wanted, so I decided to give them a try. The girls who work there are awesome. They are too friendly. Although I had to wait for few minutes, they apologized too many times. They did exactly what I wanted and the flower were fresh and awesome. I will definitely go back there and deal with them again.

The service here is horrible! So rude!! I asked a gentleman in the back if he could blow up some balloons for me (which I brought in) but I offered to pay for it. The guy was rude towards me, and he even popped one of my balloons!!! And he didnt even apologize!!! Or offer me another balloon for destroying mine! I was so upset. He didnt care, didnt apologize like I said and didnt even offer a discount and made me pay for the balloon he destroyed!

I just called to see if they could help me....first time customer....I was ut on hold 4 times in under 2 minutes. When the rep came on the phone the first thing he said was..."are you ready yet?" Woah, I was ready when I called.....But I didnt need the rude service. Ill go else where.

How hard is it too screw up a dozen red roses. The girl who helped me there really didnt know how to rap up 18 roses. cost me $140 two buy the expensive roses and she managed to make it look like a 19.99 set of rose from safe way.
