This is my third couch from the sofa company...and third Kuhuna style. Im a taller guy (64") so the deeper back and big arm rests are really a plus. My wife who is a lot smaller than me also loves the way she can curl up in the Kuhuna. This time we added an extra foot in width to fit our new place. The process could not have been easier. The staff was very helpful as we went back several times to insure we were picking out the right type and color of fabric. The order has been placed and the couch should arrive by Thanksgiving. Excited to see what it looks like.

Horrible customer service. They never follow up on orders. Back in Feb we ordered a couch and they had a promotion where you received free arm covers for writing a good review on Yelp or Google. We wrote the good review but did not receive the arm covers. Followed up 3 times with Sofa Company. Each time they promised to get back to us with the status. NEVER did. Finally the arm covers came approximately 3 months after the initial order.

My husband and I visited THE SOFA COMPANY and found Candis Gimbel the showroom manager to be knowledgable, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Within 90 minutes we found exactly what we had in mind and our order was completed. They have many styles, fabrics and cushion fills. We purchased a couch, loveseat and an ottoman that will be delivered on Friday, earlier than esitmated. Will certainly recommend them to family friends and others.

We ordered a sectional sofa after seeing one in the showroom. We received it late but that was not the problem. It didnt look at all like the one we saw in the store. The one in the showroom was really nice and when we ordered it we thought we would get the same in the fabric we chose and the size we wanted but it was completely configured differently. The staff was not helpful once they have your money. Cheap quality expensive prices.

I visited The Sofa Company and found Candis, the showroom manager to be very helpful. She was patient and professional and helped me create a custom sofa from images i had found online and from the sofas they had on the floor. They have a huge selection in all different shapes, colors and textiles. A great selection of leather and Faux leathers that i battled to find elsewhere. Im looking forward to receiving my new sofa.

We visited the showroom a couple of times and looked at some chairs and a sofa, it seemed very easy for them to customize the product. We dealt with Jennifer and she was great to work with. Everything was done on time and delivered as promised. I would personally recommend this place of business to people looking for good service and what seems like a quality product (Time will tell as the furniture is still very new)

Knowing what we wanted, we had planned to shop at a lot of places and this was the first on the list. But to our surprise, The Sofa Company was one stop shopping with good prices, good styles and good fabric selection. Even better, they are making it a custom size to fit our space at a price under our budget. Joseph was a big help and made sure of all the details. Recommend them highly.

The Costa Mesa store manager, Candis Gimbel, was extraordinarily helpful. I was searching for a sofa sleeper to fit into a very compact home office. She worked with my measurements and helped me to conclude that I should keep the sleeper I have in the space now; and purchase an updated memory foam mattress from the sofa company.
