The absolute worst. Lost my package. On the UPS website, the last known place of my package was at this facility. And then it was picked up by "Jay" I dont know a "Jay", and Im not related to any "Jays". When I asked an employee working there, they assured me that the package was not released to anyone without an ID, but I asked if it was there, they told me its not. I dont know what is going on here, but now I am jumping through hoops and spending hours on phone calls trying to get my item sent out again and on time. Im infuriated with their service.

I have to agree with the other reviewer, If you want to be taken care of and feel comfortable, use this UPS store instead of the one on Limonite. Everyone at this location is fast and friendly...No joke it takes maybe 1/4 of the time to ship something here than at the other UPS store locations. Instead of having you fill out that form, they type all the info in for you and just have you sign. Very efficient! A+++++

The service today was horrible I know it not that store I have had great service their always It was the young lady there today She treated me with no respect Like she was mad she had to do her job Yes I will return Should be better next time Thanks The Consumer

The service is really great. The atmosphere is good and comfortable and NEAT!...If you are looking for a good clerk, look for a girl named Jackie (or Jacqueline) there, shes really good...*thumbs up* :-P
