On August 28, 2007 I shipped 3 packages from this location- Rachel was my clerk. Instead of the requested insurance amount of $1,400. on one of the packages Rachel insured it for $14,000. My debit card had already been charged by the time I realized her mistake and I was told nothing could be done until I spoke with the manager, Stephanie the next day. When I spoke with Stephanie the following day I was told nothing could be done until the packages were actually delivered. When that occurred on September 1, 2007 I was told I would receive a credit back to my debit card within 30 days. I waited patiently trusting in Stephanies information. Now well into the month of October, I still have no credit and get the runaround when I speak with Stephanie, Kinkos Customer Service or FedEx. Stephanie tells me that FedEx DID send a refund to my debit card- they didnt, I confirmed this with my bank. FedEx Ground Billing tells me that they gave the Kinkos store the credit on 09/12/07 and the store must refund my money and finally Kinkos Customer Service tells me they deal with no revenue from FedEx and have received nothing. When I asked for a regional managers information I was given the name of a man who no loungers works for the company and Kinkos refuses to give out the number or address of the person above this man. Plus if you want anything taken care of at this particular FedEx-Kinkos store above the ordinary, the manager must be there - no one else at this store can accomplish anything. In addition, their phone system often does not work. It rings and rings and then eventually disconnects you. Very frustrating! My advice is to run, do not walk to the USPS down the street (I sure never thought Id be recommending them, but they are a dream after encountering this store) or head over to a Staples and ship via UPS. UPDATE: I did FINALLY (many weeks and phone calls, faxes and emails later) receive a refund from both the store and also FedEx so I ended up being ahead of the game financially. Stephanie, the manager, was the only shining light in this whole ordeal. She is wasted at such a company.

I wanted to have a book I had already printed bound by them. I made a mistake in cutting the pages while I was there in the store, and the clerk found an exact match for the paper I had used at home, and helped me re-print the damaged pages very patiently. She had to let me figure out the page ordering; granted with 2 page-per-sheet double-side, it is a very confusing thing, but something that they should be trained in nonetheless. Overall a very good experience.

I have sent many packages from this location. The staff is always very courteous and helpful. I have never waited more than a couple minutes and that has only happened twice that I can remember. And even if I do wait for more than a minute or so, the person helping me is always very apologetic.

Took a prepaid package here. Was in and out in a reasonable time. My package wasnt tapped yet, but they didnt charge me to tape it like a local UPS store does. Parking can be a bit tricky depending on the time as its located next to a bunch of lunch spots.
