Love this store. Every time Ive gone in to the store after that 101th horrible call to customer service. They make it all worth the trip to the store. Ive had the android bugs and not once do they treat you like youre trying to make things up. They actually listen and go through every process they know to get the issue resolved. I highly recommend this store if your thinking of purchasing or need any customer service issues with your phone.

Ive got to say that Liz,the store manger is the best customer service person Ive ever seen. She goes out of her way to greet each customer coming into the store and sees to it that all your questions are answered. She takes absolute pride in her store and team,and is extremely knowledgeable about all the cellular devices. Id highly recommend her and all she does for us,the customers!!!

This is the worst service I have ever seen anywhere, One of the women working there cant seem to understand the fact that your phone is not working and that you had talked to Sprint customer service about the issue and need to obtain a new sim card. Amongst other complaints I will not even deal with this outlet anymore due to the fact they have no clue what they are doing.
