A young lady by the name of Tina, in the Registry department went above and beyond the call of duty. This young lady took her time to help me locate the registrants information, since the couple listed the wrong format of their names on the registry. She further walked me through getting the right gifts, since I had my 3-month old baby with me, Tina pushed my cart for me to the cashier. And even after shed clocked out for the day, she proceeded to gift wrap my purchased items for me, and walked me to my car. God bless your parents for having raised a wonderful young lady like you. Youre a true asset to Bed Bath and Beyond.

Went to bed bath & beyond. Is still a nice ok store.. some sales associate are vey nice and some ignore you. The ones that acknowledged us were excellent. But when you get to the registers it is horrible. You have a long line at customer service, then they call for back ups. When they come they just pull one persons tell others to wait in that long line. Then other customers walk straight up to that open line and be waited on. That is rude nd terrible customer service. This one is 10 minutes from my house. I will drive the extra 30 and go to the one on Glendora. No more Walnut BB&B for me...
