Just had $10 stolen from me at checkout. Had given the cashier a $20 bill for $8 worth of merchandise. She handed me back $2 in change and I told her it should be $12 since I gave her a $20, she said I gave her $10, which could not be possible because I knew for a fact I did not have any $10 bills in my wallet. She then called the manager over who checked and said it must have been a $10. Ruined my night, not a good experience, I should not have to pay for their mistakes. Recommend everyone check the amount the cashiers put in when you give them cash.

This place is not affiliated with the Disney online store, thus my price match request was denied. You lost yourselves $17, Disney! Happy now? Cool aesthetics though. There was a child prowler here last time I was in the store, and they wouldnt let me look at the star wars action figures because I guess they were too close to the prowler. I didnt know he was trying to take kids, or something. I just wanted to see if they had the Boba Fett Die-cast figure thats sold out online. I guess now Ill never know. Three stars.

A ton of Disney-related merchandise, and quite a long store to go through. From Star Wars shirts, to Donald Duck bills, to bags of churro-flavored popcorn - youll find it here. Busy at park close (everyone leaves the park and stops before they go home). Now, while it is large, if you are looking for something specific, you may want to try other stores specific to the area, like the store outside the Star Tours ride would be the best place for most Star Wars merchandise.

The largest and best Disney store I have been to. If you are looking for Disney merchandise, chances are good you will find it here. If you are looking for more exclusive things or items like Disney pins, look elsewhere. WHATS HERE: Clothes, hats, toys, art, statues, etc SERVICE: Friendly and great. Typical Disney level service. PARKING: Downtown Disney parking. WHERE: Downtown Disney - at the very end of DD, near the entrance to Disneyland

“Great store for everything disney” A HUGE store with literally everything Disney! From kitchen stuff to clothes to toys to costumes, this store carries anything you need, in virtually every size and style. If you cant find it here, it probably doesnt exist! Lots of checkout counters so theres rarely a wait to pay! Love this place, I stop by every visit for all my souvenirs Visited January 2017

“Look no further for your Disney shopping” I will make a bet with you that there is no way you would not find the perfect gift/souvenir at this shop. It is massive. You could get lost in this shop, but there are plenty of assistants to help you and they will get you dressed up as your favourite princess. If you dont want to shop at the parks, this is the place to go. Visited December 2016

Where else can you buy Crystal Headphones LE 60 celebrating Disneys 60th Diamond Celebration?! There are so many other fun themed products for almost every Disney character so youre sure to find that perfect souvenir for yourself or that special someone. Oh! Dont forget to check out the jumbo Olaf ready to go home with you for the holidays - hes reasonably priced!

Huge Disney store with tons of items. Lots of cash registers and people to help. There are also usually pin traders around the pin area and/or exits. They dont have all the same stuff as the park though so double check before you leave the park if you want to know. A cast member in the store should be able to tell you.

If you need to stock up on your Disney Paraphernalia, this is the place to do it. If you are staying at a Disney resort, you can also have your products sent to the hotel and your room. This store is huge and for people just hitting up Downtown Disney and not the park themselves (Philistines) then they can stock up.

There are many staff members walking around who are able to help you with what you want to find or buy. They are very courteous and also very knowledgeable about the store and where you can find items. There are three different cash register areas. Look for the one with the shortest lines. Its much quicker.

A great big store for all things Disney without the need to enter the parks themselves! A really big selection of souvenirs for all ages: Clothing, toys, hats, glassware, picture frames, candy, and so much more. All with the same level of customer service you expect from Disney cast members!

Very expansive gift store containing almost anything Disney related, quite spend as you can expect as with any theme park gift shop. Has items ranging from trinkets like keychains and magnets to large sculptures and delicate decorative pieces. Bathrooms are ok but small.

Always a fun place to visit, even if you are not shopping. So many options for souvenirs! My little sister once broke a $80 snowglobe, and the staff was very understanding and kind about it. They did not make us pay for it, but only asked us to better watch her.

Disneyland speaks for itself. I am an Annual Passholder. Ive been there 4 times this year and have 2 more trips planned. I travel from Washington State to California. You are transported back in time when you are here. It brings out your inner child.

If you didnt get what you wanted on your way out from Disneylands Emporium then this really is your LAST chance to get anything you missed in the parks. In fact this is bigger than the Emporium and sometimes has some stuff you cant get there.

Practically the largest Disney Store in the U.S.!! This store is off of Downtown Disney and has nearly everything ! You do not have to pay for parking to shop on Downtown Disney. The store is so big and takes time to look at everything !

This has a wide selection with stuff I didnt see at Disney, AND stuff I did see. There were T-Shirts there for what, maybe 6.99. While in Disneyland, they were about 15.99. Much greater prices then Disney and has some other cute things.

Huge Disney store that pretty much everything imaginable. Love the wide selection of mugs as thats always a good, practical gift. Also smart that its located in Downtown Disney instead of inside the park.

Its like the Disney Store at your local mall, but a thousand times better! You can get basically the same things here that youd find inside Disneyland! Only you dont have to pay for park admission!

Best place to purchase all your Disney gear, they tend to carry everything available in the parks all in 1 place, so you dont have to run around the parks trying to find certain items.

They are not answering the phone during business hours, and recording says to call an 800 number on the east coast, which says they are closed. No opportunity to connect at all.

Its always super crowded, but this is a good resource to acquire souveniers and other memorabilia that you werent able to get inside of Disneyland while you were there.
