My experience here was a complete dissappointed. Brought in both of my daughters to do highlights and color for the first time was told by the reception that it would take 3 hours max. We arrived at 3pm, its going on 7:15 pm-Im still sitting here going on 4 hours. My daughter asked for ombre and her hair is looking good so far and she is almost done. I am still to see my other daughters hair. She is in foil. While the lady working on her hair has had two clients and working on my daughters hair. I am here now while she works on another ladies hair and my daughter at the same time. I am sitting on an empty chair pissed. So so so so annoyed at this point, my 14 year should be free at this point. The dye is not lifting and I am pissed as hell. I am a grown women who has had hair bleached, colored, styled and curled and walked out feeling like a million bucks. NEVER EVER TOOK OVER 3 HOURS. The ladies have a million excuses as to why my daughters are still being worked on and my husband had to go wait in the car. If you cannot complete a job in the time promised to not overbook and piss off clients. Its 7.26pm and she is still in foils. This was a total time dissapointment. God help me if the hair on my 14 year does not come out like she wants it. There will be hell to pay. TBC.... JCPENNY you are more than welcome to reach out and have a phone conversation. 1/6/2013 First to Review Located inside the JCPenney department store, this mini Sephora carries the Sephora brand and a few other brands such as Tarte, Korres (and I forgot the others!). They also carry a limited selection of fragrances. If you need Dior or Clinique however, you wont find it here. Service for the most part is good, although I am disappointed by their policy of not honoring the price listed on the shelf, hence I took off a star. Went to buy a Korres lipgloss that was priced at $10 and it rang up as $12. The saleswoman said it somehow was not priced correctly and proceeded to charge me $12. I didnt buy it on principle. Ive been to many stores - Target, Childrens Place, etc. - and when this happened, I was always given the price listed on the shelf!

Was happy and very appreciative with service today (at Sunrise Mall location) in Footwear Dept with Luc and in apparell with Manuel both very pleasant and attentive individuals. Might add the female few weeks back (cannot recall her name, but she also went above and beyond in ordering lingerie to specifics). Giving credit when due, does wonders to those that extend themselves and use initiative in customer service.

I received a haircut and color from an older master stylist and was not pleased. Not only were only my roots colored,my old colors showed dramatically with the cut. I went back and got Honey and I cried when I finally saw the hair I have always wanted. I Will never look around for another stylist! Ever! No forced awkward conversations like the first lady, just a great cut, color and style! Thanks Honey!

If you want a great cut and color/highlight you have to go to Kati! She is absolutely amazing, I was a little worried about changing my look but she totally put me at ease and didnt talk me into anything i didnt want to do. She also showed me great products to maintain my style and showed me some really cool tricks on how to do my hair at home! She is such a sweetheart, you have to check her out!!!
