EVEN A PENNY IS WORTH ITS VALUES AND COME WITH WORTH,WHEN TAKEN IN TIME AND PATIENCE TO WHEN YOU TAKE TIME COLLECTING AND SAVING UP BECOMES SOMETHING, VALUED AS NOTHING AND VALUE WORTH THROWN ASIDE IN ALLOT OF OUR RETAIL DEPT STORE,AND WHEN YOU SHOP HERE. YOU INSTANTLY FEEL A WELCOME,I want to help you ATTITUDE, dont hesitate to ask,come bother us,we want to HELP YOU, willing attitude employees. Amy floor manager,I ENCOUNTERED ON WHAT I HEARD AND MY BACK TOWARDS HER. I WAS SORTING,SEARCHING FOR WOMANS CLOTHING,MOST TIME LEFT LEAVING STACKS OF WHAT I THOUGHT TO BUY,BUT CHANGED MY MIND AND OUT THE DOOR WITH NOTHING.BUT on this night,its what I heard that made me do an instant 180° turn about face,and searching THE HEARD VOICE ,IT MADE ME WANT TO LOOK UP AND TURN AROUND.I ACTUALLY TOOK ITEMS TO THE CHECK OUT LINE,TO MATCH THE VOICE AND I WANTED TO MEET. A SMILED FACE I SO RECALLED IN MEMORIES, I LIKE TO SAY ITS LIKE THE OLD FASHION VALUES OF THE PAST AND FOR I IT WAS SUCH A SURREAL PAST 15 YEARS TRAVELED TO WHAT WAS IN MOVIES "THE KING AND I" CLASSIC MOVIE AND USED TO BE NAMED "OLD SIAM"THAILAND TODAY WE CALL IT.NO LIES WHEN YOU COME TO THE LAND OF THAI,EVEN TODAY U DECIDE D TO GO THEIR,ITS LIKE THE BLAST TO THE PAST,STILL VALUES AND THE HOSPITALITY U COME TO ENJOY.OLD WAYS MISSED. PAST FAR AWAY LANDS THAT TRAVELED. THAILAND AND OR DISNEYLAND H?HOLD THE INTEGRITY I VALUED LIFE IS MEANT TO BE?

I Love JcPenneys, but Ive had a terrible experience with their Portrait studio. Its been well over a month and I still have not received my 16x16. They told me it got cancelled and never bothered to call me....they re-ordered it and Im still waiting for it. Awful experience and Im NEVER going back their.

Clean department store. Sad to see them closing stores after all these years. I grew up waking up early on Saturday and going with moms to save 50% before 8am lol. Still, this place has a special place in my heart.

Oddly the nicest JCPenneys I have ever been to. The cool chick make up store had the funniest outfits for the workers, lets just say a not so flattering Harley Quinn. I laughed. A lot.

Clearances are great, love the Sephora. Dresses are limited, but its the best department store in Manteca. Kohls is really the only alternative and they have shoddier products.
