Really poor Customer experience, especially with one cashier in particular. Croissants I bought were hard, so I exchanged them but never received an apology for the inconvenience. She was rude. I tried to tell her the other croissants they are selling are also hard...she ignored me, rushed me out and was very unpleasant over $4 worth of croissants. Mind you, I spent $100 on food during that trip. Ive had a few other bad experiences my last few visits and wont be returning.

I love this store. When I first moved to Chico 3 years ago I wasnt to thrilled with it, but they have made some wonderful changes especially in the area of customer service. It is really nice to have a full service store so close to home, and their prices are very low compared to Raleys which is right across the street.

One of the few places in town with live lobsters, which is usually the reason I shop here. Their seafood counter in general is usually pretty decent. Otherwise it is a bit expensive and doesnt have as great a selection as other grocery stores in town.

Dont bother calling them if you have a question about a product or to speak with the manager. They will either not answer the phone period, or they will keep you on hold for 10 minutes and let you know that the manager is no longer available.

Awesome bakery- fresh, delicious, affordable and broad selection of pastries, muffins, pies, cookies, etc. I love this grocery store, its never too crowded, the workers are friendly and helpful, and they stay open late!

Nice grocery store option on this side of town. Always find great deals on meat and has a nice produce area, but missing a few of the other things I always seem to need. Staff is very helpful.
