If I could rate this place less than one star I would. The service is absolutely horrible and I would tell anyone considering this place to run in the other direction as fast as you. They are completely unorganized and seem to have people who have no idea what they are doing running this place. I was told I was receiving a year’s supply of contacts (a brand I have ordered in the past) and only received half a year even though I paid for the complete year. When I asked them about it I was told that the contacts last for a whole month rather than 2 weeks which is strange to hear considering every optometrist Ive seen before has told me that brand is only good for 2 weeks. I feel like Ive been completely ripped off. Now dealing with a pair of glasses my husband ordered over a month ago has been a nightmare. We were told the glasses would be in within two weeks of ordering and they were not. We waited until almost a month has passed and when I finally called no one knew what to tell me about the glasses because no one could find the order. I was put on hold for almost 20 minutes the first call, told I would be called within 30 minutes the second call and when I hadn’t heard back after 3 hours I called again and was told that they had customers in the shop which were more important than dealing with my issue…I guess they already had my money so I didn’t mean much after that. Everything single person I spoke to was completely unprofessional and really just a bad reflection of the image I would assume the business would like to portray. When I finally called the following weekend (now over a month from ordering) I spoke with someone who was able to tell me in 5 minutes that my husband’s glasses were ready to be picked up and that they had been ready since the 31st (it is now the 19th!). When I let them know how annoyed I was with the service, I basically got an “oh well it is what it is” answer so that has sealed their fate with me. I will never use this optometrists again, I will never refer them and I have made it my mission to warn others about the awful service!

The first time I came a year ago the doctor was excellent and he actually took his time to get the best prescription for me. The second time around I got his wife and let me tell you she is a piece of work. I waited 30 minutes for my scheduled appointment with her and once I was in the chair she did it all in less then 5 minutes. Once I picked out my glasses one of their workers checked and he found that she had strengthened my prescription far too much he then did his best to fix it. Now it has been 3 weeks since my visit and I have my glasses and i am not happy. Once i picked them up they seemed too strong but since nobody was there to fix that problem at the time I went i just went home. Now i have realized they are far too strong, one of the lens is a bit more out from the frame then the other, they have too much glare, and the frame has petty scratches over them. I will be back here to complain for a new and rushed prescription.

The staff is so customer oriented, let alone does the doctor listen with all his attention! I will be bringing my buisness here and telling my friends about it too.
