Good Personel service and advice: The people at the store are young enthusiastic and have experience in the areas of outdoor sport that they are selling equipment for. They will help you have the best camping, hiking, water sports, biking experience that you can possibly have by matching your experience, your physical attributes and your budget to your outing. The only downside to the store is the prices are high but compared to having a cheap ill-fitting backpack that you struggle with for a week in the woods, hating to put it on every morning, the prices seem reasonable.

This is absolutely the best outdoor store in Arcata. Before buying my new bike I made sure I did my homework by visiting all the stores in the town. By far was this the store with the best customer service. Mike, the bike expert is just that, a bike expert. He definitely makes sure you get the most for your money. And, if by any chance youre not satisfied or theres something wrong with the merchandise the will work with you, no questions asked. Great store! Great customer service!

Great deals on rentals and a really nice and friendly staff. Logan took care of us and he was phenomenal. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone. *Edit* Had another experience here and I just have to say again how incredibly accommodating and kind this staff is. They went above and beyond during our rental/purchasing experience.
