Purchased a new radiator and it was the wrong part, called ay 6:43 pm and was told they didnt have the correct part and that I could return it for a refund. Because I had my vehicle dismantled, I have to ask a friend for a ride. I left at 7 minutes to 7pm ( their closing time). I arrived in their parking lot at 6:59 and was ready on hold with a worker and was told they couldnt help me. I explained to the guy that I just wanted my money back and he said they couldnt help me. So I asked him , so I am supposed to miss an entire day of work because they didnt want to take 2 extra minutes to assist a customer, and again he said I cant help you. Well earlier in the conversation he said I could bring it back for a refund, but wouldnt help me, so I have to wait until tommorow and miss work. This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop their again, and will make sure I tell everyone I know about this store, and warn them to not visit theis location. The worst attitude I attitude ever dealt with in a store. Ps. I know over 300 people and will sms everyone of them to inform them of how horrible customer service is there!

I normally dont do the review thing but after dealing with these guys several times and their consistent ability to go the mile to get it done, I have to conclude that these guys are exceptional and kind. I had to pass the word on. The real deal kids. I bought brand new discs here for less then it would cost to have the old ones turned. You just cant beat that. Everything here is quality and priced honestly. I dont even bother with other parts stores anymore. Its a shame I didnt find these guys several years ago. Here and the junk yard are the only two places youll ever need.

I have been a customer of this store for over twenty years. Over that time I have seen a number of different employees come and go. I do not know where the owner finds the people that he does, but they are always the most knowledgeable and friendly people around. The folks that work at monument tend to stay around too (that may say more than my two cents). I can go anywhere for my parts, even the internet these days, but I choose to go to Monument because of the people behind the counter.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Had our car battery when Costco didnt. Better prices and less waiting than AutoZone, And there are a few stores in the area from which they can pull your part and have it ready at this store for you in a day or two if by chance its not in stock..

Had a battery/electrical issue. Steve took time and gave me the most in depth description of all the possibilities. I know something about cars but he gave me info obviously from vast experience. Ill drive here everytime from now on = Steve is the man!

Monument is the best. they have a great selection and if they dont have it they can get it to you same day most cases. The people that work there are friendly very knowledgeable and will help you figure out problems.
