Ive had a similar experience to other reviews. First, I was continually pressured by various employees throughout my visit to purchase contacts and glasses through them (to the point it was overwhelming), which is NOT a required part of the visit as I had just asked for a checkup and prescription. Then, I was charged a $60 fee that the insurance didnt cover for the optometrist to help first-time contact wearers find a pair of contacts that works for them. I am NOT a first-time contact wearer, which they were aware of nor was I informed of the fee. The optometrist simply asked me if I would like to try a specific pair of contacts because my other ones had been bothering me. I said sure and she didnt even help me try them on, just left me in a room with the pair of contacts and a mirror (I thought this was typical of eye clinics as my previous optometrist in Conway always let me try a pair for free if I was having discomfort). Upon leaving, I was informed that I had a $60 fee that the insurance didnt cover. I asked what it was for and they said a contact placement fee that the optometrist had informed me of. It became a game of "he said, she said", which they ended up winning (which is a lot for a poor college student). All this to say they care more about their profits than helping people.

This was my very first time visiting LR Family Eye care Clinic. Upon me entering the door I was immediately acknowledged, welcomed, and invited in. I felt very warm from the very beginning to the end. The receptionist was very attentive, the optometrist was highly insightful & intelligent in his craft. He explained to me in detail the condition of my eyes, what to expect, and even gave me further information on my desire to want Lasik surgery. I left out of the office with new information that I never knew, and confident on my Decisions on what I wanted. Out of the many Optometry offices Ive visited over the years, this is by far the Best I have ever been to!!!

Bryant EyeCare Clinic 2900 Horizon Dr. Suite 15 Bryant, AR 72022 Arrived early took me right in Tech was polite, patient and efficient. Waited for Dr only minutes. Process was fluid: simple greeting, Technical exam, recommendation, any questions then out to reception, paid co-pay they filed insurance and out the door with a Thank you. The over all experience was Personal Friendly and Technically Proficient.

Everyone is very helpful and very friendly. They take the time with every person who walks through their doors. They put my mind to ease about concerns I have had. They explain things to me that I can understand... I have tried several different eye places and never cared how they treated me, (to them I was just a $$ sign) with Dr. Armstrong I am a person who needs their eyes to be taken care of.

The staff are disorganized and unprofessional. It has taken over 2 months to have an order of contacts delivered, still part of my order is missing. The entire experience has been terrible, would not recommend this place to anyone.

I spent less than 45 minutes and racked up $850. I felt like when they knew I had good insurance they tried to max out what they could charge. They didnt explain the costs to me and went way over my allowances in my insurance.

Better than the other eye doctors I have gone to in the Little Rock area. The exam was thorough, my contacts work great. I did not get glasses, so I dont know what kind of selection they have.
