They get a two instead of a one due to they are very nice and welcoming. But the quality of their glasses and frames are poor. I work in sales and inside all day not doing hard labor or expose to extreme heat. Two weeks if not earlier than that my Nike frames started to come apart. They were nice and ordered me another pair. But it took like 4-5 weeks for them to come in. At that point I was like forget it because the "anti scratch lens" on my glasses are all scratched up. It literally looks like Ive been skateboarding on my glasses and Its not like I use sandpaper to clean my glasses. I use micro fiber clothes and the spray cleaner you can get for your lenses. They are also suppose to have "anti glare" on them. But I can barely drive at night. Every light from headlights break lights and stop lights have a bright halo around them and imagine what that looks like when you have a lot of cars driving by you. I will definitely be going elsewhere for my next pair of glasses.

Ive bought at least10 pairs of glasses from CVO and was told I had scratch protection for the first year. But when I went back to take advantage of this protection insurance I was told sorry can help you. Needless to say they lost my business.

Very nice people BUT the frames are the worst quality Ive ever seen. Took away too long to receive the glasses after they were ordered. 1 star is really too much.
