We occasionally have breakfast here and the morning staff are always pleasant and accommodating. The food and drinks, like other Paneras, are good and fresh. I think they serve a better cappuccino than Starbucks. Breakfast out on the sidewalk is our preferred venue if the weather is appropriate. It looks out on a grassy square along a side street that is quiet relatively free of traffic.

My wife and I are big Panera fans and have been to many different Panera locations across several states. However, we have yet to go to a Panera as awesome as the Conway location. The staff is always helpful and kind, the coffee is always freshly brewed and the food is always prepared with care. Highly recommended!

They never have the fire place on.... Its snowing. I need a fire place. Other than that the bicycles with baskets and the bread and the service are absolutely fantastic. Way to go Conway Panera! All the thumbs up

This is part of a college "village" its usually pretty crowded. The food is awesome, though.. You wont wait long for it to be delivered to your table and the pastry bar is exceptional!

Food is ok - but the wait... Being the only person in line, my wait at the counter was 3-5 minutes before anyone asked me what I would like. Not so good, but easy to remedy.
