It was good, coffee was good. However I was a little disappointed in the service. There had to be at least 4 or 5 employees working when I went there, yet I was ignored when I stood at the counter. The only one who didnt ignore me was the drive thru barista who had to leave his station to come take my order because no one else could be bothered. He was really nice though, so he kind of saved the experience for me. Really doesnt feel good to be ignored. The other employees just walked right past me as if I wasnt when there.

Very good coffee and macchiatos and mocha lattes but I just cannot get over paying that much for a cup of coffee. Very expensive but for an occasional treat I would highly recommend it but for you daily coffee drinkers, I just dont see how you justify paying that much every day for coffee.

Traveling from mid-AK back to NW MO. We neded a Starbucks fix, and picked this location. We were instantly charmed by Mary Ann and the rest of the staff. Order was spot-on. Parking was tricky but not bad. Clean, correct, quick, and friendly.

Bathrooms were dirty and the service was mediocre, as in the staff were slow and without facial expressions, lethargic...maybe they were just tired from a great Halloween party last night...all forgiven but my review still stands.

Most ridiculous wait ever every time I go. No effort from the staff to acknowledge. Once youre trapped in line, youre out of luck for escape. I could have driven to Little Rock in the time it took to get coffee.
