As a former sonic employee I was extreemly disapointed. The customer service here is horrible. We went and ordered 2 meals they messed up our food, our food was cold, greesy, burnt, just gross! and for all that it took them 9 minutes with only 3 cars on the lot. I dont care what sonic you eat at it should only take up to 5 minutes to recieve your meal and it should be wonderful. We complained to the Shift lead not even the manager and they will replace our food so 10 minutes later a total of 19 minutes just waiting for our correct meal there were teenagers smoking right in front of our car which should not be tolerated. We finally recieved our 2 hamburgers, fries, and drinks done correctly and they still tasted horribly greesy like they have not cleaned their grill or greese in the fryers. We did not get a discount even after all the inconvienence I was not too worried about it but it would have been nice if they offered. They have very young kids working there that just dont care about their job. I will never again eat here and I strongly suggest you do not either. If the manager should so happen to read this maybe he should let me work their a couple days and show them how a real sonic is supposed to run and I worked at sonic when I was 16 through 18 and again when I was 21-23 just as a night job and we really cared about the value of the store! My team was great. Im very DISAPOINTED

There was a 30 minute wait & when i finally asked about my order the so called manager said they had lost my order that they had re enter my order i told her i wanted my money back instead (i had payed with debit car) & i told her i wanted it cash back she argued saying it had to be put back on my card (& no it doesnt) she then tried to refund me & could Not so she called a higher manager (& she had him on speaker) & he himself could not even help with the return at the end she ended giving me CASH back! The manager was so rude raising her voice never apologized nor offered to give me my free order its a shame that a young employee girl apologized twice but not once did the horribly trained manager offered a apology and after the argument & trying to get my money back i wasted a full 45 minutes at Sonic for nothing!!

This Sonic serves Horrible food! I have been eating at sonic for 10 years and never have I ever been so upset with one to actually write a review to warn people not to eat here! The hamburger I had was so dry that I had to dump ketchup on it just to eat it. The onion rings I ordered were so greasy they tasted like mush and I could actually just taste the grease and not the onion. The Car Hop was very rude I paid with my credit card and she just threw my bag at me pretty much and took off did not tell me her name, had no name tag, did not say one word to me! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ITS NOT WORTH it I actually just left and drove the sonic on 103rd ave and Indian school and ordered my meal again and this time it was good. BOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! THUMBS DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay so I used maps to find the nearest sonic to me and also noticed that the star average was 1. Didnt think much of it and came here anyway with three friends. Absolutely horrible. Bread is dry, order was wrong, apples were bad, onion rings torched, cherry dr. Pepper did not include cherries, and the manager Bryan was a huge dripping infected penis. Didnt believe the reviews at first and from now on will pay attention. Please the this sonic a favor and do not come.

Tolleson sonic charged me 4.69 for a small cup of vanilla ice cream. And I had to wait 45 min to get the ice cream. When I aask why so much she just said I dont know what to tell you there isnt a button to push for just vanilla ice cream. I will never come back here they keep your change and over charge you and car hops are rude and so is management.

Sonic in Tolleson AZ a local Lendmark. Its been there for many years! Directly across the street from Tolleson High School where I used to attend back in 1994. However the food and burgers are great. Theres fast service ever no issues love it!

Its alright. The food is okay. The slushies and shakes are pretty good. If it is busy, I wouldnt recommend getting slushies because they will not be mixed well. The coconut cream pie shake is amazing <3
