Fui a comprar todo mis regalos para navidad y encontré todo lo que buscaba... si lo recomiendo sólo pongo 3 estrellas por que la tienda está muy tirada ...hay mucha mercancía en el suelo... la atención fue buena... esta en buena área y tiene facil acceso para entrar a la tienda y parking.

I was ignored by four employees when standing at the check out line. Not one of them acknowledged me, they were all talking to each other and completely ignored me. I got the impression that Ross had switched to self check out at the register.

I bought a pants and handkerchief one day and I tried to return them that same day and the same guy that checked my things out said he needed my ID but he saw me perchase it and me hand him my money I had the reciet and everything

WORST EMPLOYEES EVER!!!! Follows you around the store and not asking you if they can help you. Items are NEVER in the correct place, mis-placed shoes, damaged items, etc..... Will never return!!

Always rude including managers and i normally love Ross but this one is just extra unorganized and they leave broken items on the shelf full price, I mean Im not going to buy it, it just sucks.
