DO NOT GO HERE FOR PIERCINGS! They are so behind on their piercing techniques and because of it I had the worst piercing experience ever! The place was not clean and my piercer did not even know which bar he was piercing me with. He told me he had pierced my nipples with a 16 gauge curved bar. If you google, "Can you pierce nipples with 16 gauge curved bar?" you will literally see tons of educated experienced piercers tell you that is not acceptable. Call any piercing place and they will also tell you that is not okay and will hinder healing. It will also cause discomfort as it will not allow much room for swelling. I was literally feeling the curved bar pinch them.The sad part was that he did not use a 16 gauge! He did not know what he was putting in my piercing! The person who fixed his mistakes told me they were 14 gauge! They continued to argue that 16 gauge was the correct size and curved bars and he completely ignored the fact that he did not know what size bars he was using in the first place! I luckily was able to get them fixed which helped a lot but definitely not by them. After my experience I was scared to go back to have them fixed. Not to mention they were not answering the phone and I called multiple times before the business was suppose to be closed. When I say their customer service is terrible. It is TERRIBLE! To sum everything up, do not put yourself, money, body and time at risk by getting pierced here! I called to at least get my tip back and his "boss" will not allow him to give me a tip back. A tip! Its okay I am firm believer in what you put out into the universe it what you will receive from it. If the owners see this please understand that it is time to update your methods so you do not put people at risk.

I got my 1st tattoo done by Luke here && I loved it! Great customer service! He was very professional and sanitary! Super creative with his art and very knowledgeable about aftercare! That put me at ease knowing it was my first tattoo. He is a very trustworthy artist! I followed his instructions (they were very detailed) and my tattoo healed flawlessly in no time! Hes newer to Phoenix and wow he has amazing work at amazing prices! There was a beautiful display of art all through the shop and the bathroom was clean! I would recommend Fine Art and Luke to anyone! I will for sure be back! Thank you to the whole Fine Art team!

Abouut a month ago got a tat done here, reviews seemed great on here, however my tattoo blistered the day after n itched for weeks, the outline is almost completely gone. If this was my first tat id think this way semi normal or my fault, however I already have 15 (this being 16) and not one time has this ever happen. Very disapointed in the work that was done here....

Never answered there phone so I went over to the shop and it said it wasnt open until 11. This being said, I waited until 11 and got there at 11:10 and noone was in the drive way and the door was locked. Very unprofessional and highly upset. Was really looking forward to getting tattooed here. Suprised they have good reviews.
