Went in to get a tattoo with a friend the shop told us they only had time for one at the time so I mad an appointment the next morning. So the next day we drive across town for the appointment when we got there the artist was not even in yet. as we were waiting for the appointment we had mad another person came in for the same artist and was scheduled the same time I was and after 2 hours of waiting I had to go to work but they said they would call me back to set up another appointment for another time. The shop never called back I ended up having to call back and we talked about setting up a time later in the day when I called back I was told the artist was with his last customer for the night and that they were closed the next day so after setting up another appointment for there next open day I called to approve my appointment they told me that he was with his last client for the day after we had already set up a time for me to get a tattoo. When I told them I was just going to find another shop they said that they could get me In the next day after a week of run a round bs. Overall very unprofessional business. Dont go here

Great artists, good customer service but some of the staff come off as very condescending and down right rude at times. I had plans to get a couple big pieces which I hadnt found any other artists I trusted with my plans but an interaction with "Gypsy" has caused me to abandon such plans. I wish I didnt feel this way but they are GREAT artists, condescending hipster attitudes aside

Sergio did a great job! I wanted a memorial tattoo and had a concept but wasnt sure on layout. Sergio came up with a great design and worked with me, even when I wanted to tweak it a bit. The tattoo turned out great! Her signature was copied spot on!

Best place that I love to go. I have all my 7 tattoos done here. I always come here when I want a new tattoo. I plan on coming here in three weeks to have a new tattoo done. Cant wait. And again two after.
