The girls helping me were awesome! So helpful I bought more than I went in for. Helped with accessories the whole thing. I was supper excited for the valentines gifts I got. I spent enough for the free gift. After I pay o realize I was charged for my "gift " I mentioned it and the helpful girl said dont worry my manager will fix it. 20 minutes later it still doesnt work and Im standing there. I clearly met the criteria. The manager said I have to pay for it or I cant have it. I explained how I waited a long time for him to fix it and at this point he should just fix it in the computer and let me go. He said it doesnt work that way. Im done at this point. So I take my money and leave the 70$ worth of products there. The manager lost a customer 70$ sale over a free gift I didnt know about or want. He made me wait so long to just say its not working. Thx for nothing castle ! I will make sure I only shop with your competitors now.

Went to get a cute skirt my boy had seen in an email. First off, no one even acknowledged me coming in and from what I could see I was the only customer. Even the manager didnt say anything. Whatever. I see they have a big table of undies, on sale and everything and theyre super cute so I start picking some out, spend about five minutes before asking someone if they have more sizes of a color I like in the back. The lady turned to ask her manager who was at the counter, he didnt hear her, and she didnt even BOTHER to ask him louder and instead told me thats all they had. THEN when i started putting things back she went up to ask him face to face, he pointed to the table where they had unopened product sitting in plain sight and she went, turned the bag over, and then told me I could come back Wednesday cause thats when they get new stuff. I put the skirt back too and left. Not about to spend money with that kind of service.

I have been coming here for 15 years and I generally do not get to experience the "customer service" and help as much as Id like. However there is someone by the name of Anthony who works here now and hes fantastic! From the moment I walked in the building, I was greeted right away and offered LOTS of help. He also was personable and honest about helping me select dance wear. I give this guy 5 stars but the store itself a 3 due to lack of inventory. Ive always been able to find basic thongs here and this trip, there was little selection. There were also not many size S and M in the dance wear. Mostly L and XL. Thank you Anthony for the great experience!

The ladies who helped me out "Courtney Beck" and "Karisma Cruz" were absolutely amazing. They spent a good part of 45 minutes with me just talking about all the products I was curious in. Helping me decide what would be best and giving me an immense amount of knowledge on what I was buying. If I were you I would pick this store out of the rest just upon these two people alone. Any questions you have they are incredibly helpful and very nice to work with. I would recommend this store to anyone interest in going whether it be your first time or hundredth time. If you have any questions at all I would ask for one of them!

Love the store and the products but I was there with a friend of mine and it was her first time. An older gentleman that worked there would not leave us alone and followed us through the store and made the whole experience uncomfortable. He was asking inappropriate questions about our sex life and thats when we decided to leave. Probably wont be going back soon.

The atmosphere is far better than the black canyon store. I think the prices are slightly more than the others, but I feel at ease shopping here. The staff is great and not pushy.... Its a good place to get what you need and then some.

The associate who helped me also has a out of state boyfriend who she Skypes with and was very helpful in finding me the best of the stock products. Best way to keep a long distance relationship alive.
