First the good: they have an amazing selection here and its a very comfortable environment. My terrible experience. To be short, September of last year I was diagnosed with depression and severe anxiety. My marriage was on the rocks. Fast forward to Christmas time. I was feeling like myself again and wanted to reconnect with my husband. Stopped by fascinations one afternoon and grabbed knickknacks. Two days later, I realized I didnt like what I purchased and returned them the next morning, with everything untouched and receipt still in the bag. I was given a return receipt and a gift card with the 50-something dollars on it. I told my husband and he joined me a few days later. He helped me pick out a really gorgeous piece of lingerie and we got this sex book or whatever. Get the register and handed the cashier my gift card and return receipt. After a few tries with the gift card, I was told that the system was having trouble verifying money on the card. So she took down my name and number, put my items to the side and told me that I should hear back within a few days from a manager about the card. Few days pass. No phone call. A week later, I still didnt hear anything. I called asking about it and they had no clue what was going on. I had to explain everything. Again was told that my information was taken down and to expect a phone call soon. Weeks passed by at this point and I heard absolutely nothing. I grew extremely frustrated. At this point what we picked out that day was probably not there anymore. I waited a few more weeks and decided to call my credit card company to dispute the charge. My bank mailed me a packet which I filled out detailing the incident. Less than a week later, my bank mailed me a packet with fascination claiming that the purchase was indeed valid but no mention of a return on the merchandise nor a gift card being issued. I had to use time off from work to go to my bank in person to have copies of the gift card and corresponding number along with the return receipt faxed to my credit card company. My bank finally sided with me and refunded me the money. My issue here wasnt the money. It was the fact that I went completely ignored for WEEKS and even after I submitted the dispute with my credit card company, I still didnt hear back. I was extremely disappointed. To be quite honest, that entire experience of waiting for someone from fascinations to call back and dealing with the credit card dispute gave me severe anxiety attacks which was unbearable. I vowed to never give this business my money. I just wanted to be treated fairly, like a human being. I just wanted something beautiful to make me feel like a woman and to be able to make memories with my husband. Needless to say, just be cautious with how you shop. Always keep receipts just in case you have to prove anything. I ended up going to another lingerie store and was extremely happy with my purchase and customer service experience. I was just really hoping to get that from Fascinations. Extremely, extremely disappointed. Even though this was almost a year ago. Thanks for reading.

This store has a huge selection of anything and everything your sexual appetite may desire. They have a huge selection of lingire, and even dance wear and shoes, whether youre just looking for pole fitness, youre a stripper, or just looking to spice things up at home. There are so many toys to pick from, it can boggle the mind. Some of the items are a bit pricey, but they are quality goods, and the price is comparable to other stores of this variety. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are happy to offer information and opinions, without making you feel weird. The store is clean, comfortable, and pleasant to be in. My husband and I love this location. If only it was closer to home, theyd have a lot more of my money.

Purchased a product for $200 and it died within 2 months. The floor person talked us into this particular item which cost twice as much as our first choice. The warranty is for a year but we were told it was 2 years. When I looked into a replacement through the warranty, it turns out I will have to shell out another $20ish bucks and wait a month. I called the Store (this one) and explained the situation. There was not so much as an apology or any kind of empathy at all. The customer service is the worst I have ever come across. In short I was told "to bad so sad" we got your money and thats all we care about. This was my first and LAST time doing business with ANY Fascinations store.

Good selection of mens and womens sexual attire and sexual toys if you look carefully youll also find things for much less than the original sale price as much as 85% off. I findt that the new evening staff is helpful and ever since they got rid of that male night manager the store has improved they could have more smaller sizes in mens and womens. Extra small when available, as they seem to only carry the larger sizes which is frustrating because I know the extra Smalls are available in the brands Im speaking of in both mens and womens.

My wife and I stopped in and purchased an expensive Body Wand. It had a 1 year warranty. Wand failed in 4 months. Neither the manufacturer or the store would repair or replace without a physical receipt. The days of receipts are OVER. I have the product which is better than the receipt! Welcome to the digital age. It is just another way to offer a warranty knowing people will probably not keep the receipt. Customer service was good but without a good product and warranty to back it up they system fails. I will not be back.

I would without question give it a 7 star rating but theres a female employee that is easily top 10 of the worst employees Ive ever come across. Beyond unprofessional in a place where that should never ever be an issue! And she knows exactly who she is and doesnt give a s**t. Anyway besides that great place.

I must say that this is the cleanest sex-store I have ever been to. The selections they have here are also vast. I was greeted by 3 people throughout my visit and all three were very helpful when I asked them to help me. This is a really great location.

The staff is wonderful here. Especially Dara. She was non judgemental, kind and supppper helpful!! If you need help with anything (especially toys) ask for her. She is educated in so many different ways relating to sexual health. She was great!

This is an awesome place. It has everything you would need to tend to your every sexual desire. It is kind of expensive but the products are quality. The lingerie is so lovely as well. I like the way it is organized. Its very open.
