Walked in to an empty place. After waiting for several minutes we whistled loudly and they finally came from the back. Made the order to go even though we asked to dine in, also when they finished the order they simply placed it on the counter and went to the back without saying a word that the order was done. Shame that the service is so poor because the place looks amazing in the inside.

Coffee was great, but the manager Jarrod was extremely loud and verbally abusive towards the staff. I almost left without ordering anything. Fist time coming here, and it was not pleasant. It was very uncomfortable for myself and others around me.

My first time here I had the same experience with the manager, he was extremely abusive, yelling at every single staff member, I love Einsteins and it actually made me never want to return it was so uncomfortable. He needs to chill.
