I recently moved here from Denver. Having been used to beans roasted by an SCAA Champion, Ive been looking for championship quality beans here in Phoenix. This roaster comes up short in that regard, however, at $9 per 12oz. bag these beans are representative for the price. I purchased the Guatemala Sunrise and Kenya Windrush (Auction Lot). The Kenya Windrush worked for Cold Brew, however the Guatemala Sunrise was disappointing from the V60.
