Just encountered the worst customer service at Starbucks in Anthem at the Frys Market Place. My wife, daughter, son and I entered the Starbucks store at 8:20 pm to enjoy a cup of coffee and chocolate. We were served by barista Steve. More people entered the shop after us and were being served when Steve came to our table at exactly 8:27 pm and told us they were closed and we had to leave. I turned around and asked why did you serve us then and why are you still serving people? His response was "We close 20 minutes ago and the door needs to be locked". Still in shock I asked him again why are you still serving then? He responded "people are still coming in and cant get them out". Really I said? In order not to make a big scene, we proceeded to leave while people were still waiting for their coffee. I asked for his name and told him we would never come back. So now I am on a BAN Starbucks at Anthem Frys plaza roll. Poor customer service has a price Starbucks!!! Extremely disappointed, Alex J

The Starbucks located at Frys shopping center in Anthem is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The staff including barista Steve always provide excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and always greet you by your name and know exactly how you want your drink prepared. Next time you plan on visiting this Starbucks, you will experience great customer service from barista Steve and the other baristas.

This is my go to Starbucks. Laura, Summer, Rey, Betty, Denise, Page, Robert are a dynamic group!! Not only do they know their customers by name they even know what you usually order. How AWESOME is that?!

Always busy. Employees are fast and efficient. Good place for a quick bite. If its busy and you are looking for a quick coffee, there is one in frys across the parking lot
