Im not one to normally do this since I help companies enhance their map listings for a living. We have been dealing with Lilly...shes great and professional even with all our requests as paying customers...She isnt the issue. The design team was having problems with the format of the graphics I provided. We couldnt reach a solution on the phone and Lilly worked to help get us a quick meeting with them. Since we were sharing files I was able to show them a better way to get the right resolution on graphics and we seemed to be getting somewhere.... still not the problem although, I was a little upset that they were trying to say issues they were having was my fault not theirs...customer is always wrong....but still all was not lost. In the process of this impromptu meeting, an older gentleman comes over to us and basically says we have 5 minutes to get it together because were not paying for consult. He continued in saying they have paying customers to attend to....mind you...us being one of them!!!! This became the problem... The theory of his his statement wasnt even the problem, the delivery was. Especially since we were instructed to come in. Were existing customers that overpay for every project because we feel the quality to be worth it. We recently paid $200 for 4 television release documents to be typed up and this project being close to $700 for a step and repeat and business cards, we wanted it to be perfect. I think the problem is we designed them and didnt pay them for the design so the little problems that could have been fixed easy became bigger than life because we werent paying for design. We were told theyd resize or fix little things and now it was not the case. On the way out he made a sly comment as if he was now concerned and I thanked him for helping us reach a conclusion sarcastically. Confused, he looked at me and I told him his actions cost them the order. Knowing we were paying double than what a mom and pop shop would charge, we were giving them the benefit of the doubt until this incident happened. A customer willing to overpay is the worst to lose! They have lost us as loyal customers because of the power trip of this individual, whos name I wont mention. The sly remarks and insinuation that were not one of their 100 paying projects was the last straw. Lilly, youre great and were sorry you couldnt earn our business. Were difficult and have alot of requests.. but what happened to customer service? To each his own. Theyre still great but not for us!

Candidly, I am an extremely difficult customer to please. I set high expectations for the people I associate with in business and, sadly, am often disappointed. As such, I wasnt thrilled about the prospects of searching for a company to service my printing needs. Well -- I am thrilled to report that Alpha Graphics (on Camelback) amazingly exceeded (not just met) my expectations. Not only was the print quality superior -- but so also was the customer service. The people I interacted with were professional, friendly, and patient throughout the process -- for which I am grateful. I would unhesitantly recommend Alpha Graphics for their full menu of products.

Not helpful at all, tried to charge $25 to resize my image for print after giving me 4 completely random sizes that wouldnt ever fit in a frame, with prices that did not include the apparent mandatory resizing. Incapable of explaining what actually needed to be done. Couldnt just tell me it needed to be cropped. Resized it myself in 5 minutes for an actual size they make frames for. How do you charge more to resize an image than the actual large poster print? Wasnt able to get the Christmas gift in time since 2 days were spent in a filibuster.

Ive never worked with a better printing company. Im based out of San Francisco and needed something for my boss in AZ. I spoke with Tanner multiple times who was the most friendly and helpful printer Ive ever dealt with (thats saying a ton since Im a graphic designer). They were timely and made sure I got exactly what I needed. And, they didnt mind me calling a million times trying to coordinate between all my colleagues. Tanner remembered who I was and made the whole process go smoothly.

The superb service I received today started from the top. I emailed Larry about an almost impossible request for a print job of 300 flyers double sided in about an hour. To my surprise he told me to get to the store asap. I ended up working with Elizabeth who made it happen in no time at all. I cam always appreciate service like this and will certainly be utilizing this alphagraphics location again!

My printer at home was temperamental so I needed to have some documents scanned two days in a row this week. All the staff at this store are professional, friendly, quick and knowledgeable. Today when I was there I saw an employee helping and elderly gentleman who seemed a bit confused. She was so patient and helpful! Great team this Camelback alpha graphics has!
