For starters I had received a palette for my graduation and although I was grateful for receiving a palette it just wasnt my taste. I had called prior to going into the store and had asked one of the employees (Jessica) if I needed anything to return a gift I received because the person who gifted me the pallette did not give me a gift receipt. They employee just told me to bring it in and they should give me a store credit or exchange of equal value. When I get into a store two of the workers give me a difficult time saying that I needed an ID to do anything. I understand that this is protocol for sephora to need an ID to do anything but if this was the case then why did the employee not tell me this before hand ? Seems like they are not properly informed of their work policies. So this made me have to go out of my way to get my ID and come back to sephora making an uncalled for secondary trip. Secondly this palette was 50 dollars mind you, Sephora only refunded me 39 dollars and I had asked this worker with the blue hair why and he rudely told me "because thats the price it rang up as" now I know their is a better explanation as to why this rang up this way but he did not care to give me justification. I Am trying to work with sephora in order to get my full price back for my returned palette because I was going to use that money to get a different palette. However sephora is ignoring my calls and emails. How professional. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN. Shouldve listened to the reviews in the first place.

Worst place I been ..... I walked in I see three employees and no one greeted me .. no one asked if I needed help .. I went to get what I needed and looked around there was a guy and a female standing one foot away from me and didnt even offered to help me in anything. I got what I needed and went to the register. The girl was there already counting money or something told me to hold so Im here waiting for her to finish didnt even say anything to me Im just ready to walk out she charged me and told me good night then the guy tells me "have a good night " Im looking at him thinking " oh now you want to address me " I just walked out. My friend asked when they closed and the lady at the register said 5 min so it was 8:55pm. I understand we went in late but they didnt have to be so rude. If I was working there (I wish I was ) I would help the customer regardless the time! customers come first. They dont deserve one star at all. 0 stars for me. But since I have to put a star I gave them a one.

horrible customer service!!! I purchased a gift card for $30.00 and apparently no money was added to the card I was so embarrassed with my friend which I got the card for. I called they took my info and they said they would call me back.THEY NEVER CALLED! I also went to the store to see if I could get the issue resolved in person ... they couldnt do anything because I didnt have the receipt they advised to call the number on the back. I called the number and they informed me the card was never activated and it had a 0.00 balance . They also said that with that the card number they could pull the receipt. So I called the store,they put me in hold for 10 min and they hang up on me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Sephora is really terrible. The shop isnt as clean, neat or sanitary as is should be. The trashes are always full or left unkept. Tester items that clearly should be removed from the shop floor are everywhere. The staff is not helpful in anyway. If they dont have an item you are looking for they routinely say "we are the last store to receive cosmetics, so hot items go really fast", and then walk away. The staff continously talk amongst themselves and apply their own makeup. The music is so loud that people have to walk out to have a conversation over the phone. This review is based on 4 different visits. Each visit was at a different time of day and different day of the week.

This is a terrible store to spend your money at. Dirty and unkept. Low inventory. Poor customer service. There is trash and poorly sanitized displays. Items you would assume to be stocked or similar items to match are "out". And if you find someone to ask to help you find the item you are looking to purchase, the will be quick to let you know they dont have it.....actually, there is an exception. A girl named Alyssa helped out the customer in front of me without any hesitation, even when the super rude guy said "oh weve been out of that mascara for months". Thank goodness Alyssa found it :). Overall go the distance to another store. This store is terrible.

Frequently out of stock in a lot of products, and you have to deal with the usual issues with it not being a standalone Sephora (i.e. they took my Sephora Play rewards card, acted confused and the points never got applied; you cant accumulate VIB points from your purchases; cant use your Sephora flash shipping for ship-to-home etc). However, the employee who helped me on June 10th was very sweet and helpful, Im still happy with what she spent a good amount of time helping me pick out! (Im not sure of her name, but she was a lovely black gal with purple in her hair :) )

Giving it one star is too many the customer service sucks theyre rude and they dont have time for you the manager Jessica was the rudest of all!!!!!!!! If I didnt need my makeup right then and there I would have never bought it from there as I am sitting here contemplating returning it and then going to Ulta,,,,, well I just returned my merchandise now Im going to Ulta for sure

Customer service sucks I would ask a question to if the had any makeup for sensitive skin and she didnt even looked at me while talking to me she just kept stocking makeup instead of walking me over and showing me some product options will not return to this store I rather drive to arrowhead mall and deal with the girls there.

Rude customer service, inefficient about information/opinion about specific products, 80% of the time I go are always out of stock for the products I want. They always advice me with the wrong shade for concealers and tinted creams
