I met Michael for the first time a couple weeks ago after the Medical Assistant at my Drs office recommended him and the Pharmacy, located on Val Vista & Mercy. I was very impressed with him !!! His friendliness, professionalism and will to help was a 10 + !!! I really like that they offer a courier service, which the big chain pharmacies do not and also lack in the one on one attention that Michael is able to give !!! I will definitely be going back

They were great the first time I visited. The second time dealing with not so much, I called an asked to have a prescription refilled. He said it would be ready same day and he would call me. Never heard from back. Realized around 7 I had not received a call. Now they are closed and not open on the weekend. It wouldnt bother me so bad except the medicine is for my daughter going through chemo. Now she has to wait the weekend.

My wife was having to travel to Ahwatukee from Gilbert in order to get the compounding medications that she needed. She heard of this new Pharmacy and it was a lot closer to our home. They were willing to deliver the prescription to our home for free. Mike is the Pharmacist and is always very helpful when my wife calls. We are loving the location and the great customer service keep it up!

My previous pharmacy experiences were always mediocre at best. Other pharmacies have long lines and they never having my medications ready in "15 minutes". I talked with the pharmacist at Sarouja and he is super friendly, he made it easy to transfer our prescriptions, and they even have free delivery!! I highly, highly recommend Sarouja Pharmacy.

This pharmacy is far better than any of the major pharmacies Ive been to. Convenient location just off the 202 and Val Vista across from the hospital. Mike makes you feel welcome and he makes compounds for my dog that I use to have to drive all the way out Scottsdale to pick up. I just wish I found this place sooner.

Get away from the cattle driven pharmacies and get back to a personable experience. No waiting, yes I said no waiting, and the pharmacist goes above and beyond making sure they have everything you need a month prior to coming in next. Do yourself a favor and change pharmacies to this one. This place is awesome!
