The biggest problems I have with this pharmacy is the problem with filling prescriptions piece meal. Four different times for different meds, I have been given partial scrips, and had to return to pick up the balance of the prescription a few days later. Based on regular prescriptions that are filled through them, there should be a way to ensure a larger supply of those meds are kept on hand so people are not constantly inconvenienced by having to make two trips to pick up one complete prescription.

I went to refill on 02/06 which took one and half hour : Waited in line for more than 30 minutes because of a client in front of me . not only that I saw tech showing the screen to the client which I consider as a privacy breech for other clients. Finally I asked pharmacist to refill because it seems to be lunch break in 20 minutes. However I need to wait till 2 pm after lunch (30 minutes) to get medicine. Total time for a refill is 40+20+30 minutes!!!!!!

Orders for my fathers prescriptions were placed by his pulmonologist a week and a half ago. We are still waiting for 3/4 of his medications. I just called to check on the status of his medications and was told they have a partial order for two of his medications but have even ordered the last one. This is unconscionable, and puts my fathers life at risk. Hes been out of medication for a week.

Zero customer service, went to visit tonight and a worker kept eyeing me and asked for security cameras to be monitored on the sporting goods and toys which was "coincidentally" where I was browsing. I dont believe wearing track pants is a means for harassment. Dont bother visiting if you have any questions are appreciate being treated like a human being.

Needed a refill on my daughters inhaler ASAP. This pharmacy and staff were extremely thoughtful and fast. Had a refill within 5 minutes (was told it would take 15-20 minutes), but I could tell they all worked as a team to take care of us. Nothing but good things to say about them!!!

Rude. Went to go buy insulin both pharmacists were extremely rude wouldnt sell it to me until after a while because it was "wrong" and wouldnt even let me talk. Have been a type 1 diabetic for years and have never been treated this rudely.
