James the manager has the worst customer service. Its crazy that CVS lets this guy actually have an interaction with customer. My wife just wanted a replacement CVS card and when she asked he rolled his eye huffed and spun the screen around for her to input her info. After completing the form he rung her up and didnt say another word. Pointed to the screen for the total and took the cash and put the receipt in the bag never said another word... I didnt know these CVS cards were such a big deal...

Received outstanding service today at the pharmacy. The techs and especially Keysha Montoya, Pharmacy Manager, were professional and highly efficient. The service was prompt and accurate with reference to travel overseas vaccines and medications. Also received outstanding service from the Minute Clinic, Nurse Practitioner Rastad.

The two ladys that were on the clock at the time didnt know what they were doing.One was sal the manager and i didnt catch the other ones name until alex came in and he was very professional and helpful.
