I rate a companys customer service not just on the initial visit but more importantly the follow-up afterwards. I recently went in for an ear lobe piercing and the experience went really well. The pricing was a little high but it wasnt too bad. $60 for 12 gauge stainless steel hoops. (I even tipped $10) One day after having them the right earring came apart when I was washing my face. It was Sunday, May 1st, around 6:45pm when I went by their shop to get it fixed. I went there and the door was locked due to a tattoo session. I was a little frustrated because its a business with more than one employee but the door was locked. There was a sign on the door stating please do not knock but call the shop and leave a message. I did, and its now Wednesday, May 4th, and still no return of my message. I was planning on using them for a tattoo, not anymore now.

Every time my buddy or I have been in there, morning, noon, or night we have been treated horribly. Nothing but RUDE people there! We just went in there tonight at 7:30 pm, tried to just buy green soap and stencil paper and dude had attitude with us. He couldnt even answer any of our questions like"how much is a small bottle of green soap?" and where told..... "I dont know. This isnt many area." REALLY?! I was about to throw down the money I was going to use on green soap and stencil paper for him to go but a CLUE! You have a job how?

Best shop in Az by far in my opinion, Ive been in a few times. They do great, better yet amazing, outstanding work better then I could ever imagine and its a super chill, relaxed shop. This is the only place Ill trust to do my work from now on

Great place to go for piercings. I just got my lip pierced there. The guy was professional, gentle and it only costed $35 bucks. He also gave me after care spray for free!
