Good selection bad service. Found 2 identical rotary tools. One was drastically less than the other. Both worked great so I brought the less expensive one to the register to check out and the lady dropped it and the end broke off and the power switch broke. The lady looked at me and said "sorry, do you still want it?". I told her that I wasnt going to buy something that no longer worked. I then asked if I could get the other one for the same price. She looked at me and said "thats not how it works. Sorry." Very bad service.

I miss my wife she hated this place I used to work at Goodwill in Anaheim I believe it was so long ago I was told and dont hole me to it that Goodell is a private company that hires disabled and can really give a person a purpose I saw it 30 years or so has so even if they are a for profit company 2 thumbs up

I just purchased exercise equipment. The staff @this store are so incredibly nice & helpful. The gentleman who loaded my car was excellent! The cashiers were great, too--welcoming people into the store & efficiently completing sales. Very nice experience.

Hubby and I found a Brother beand copier with the fax plus scanner features for $5.00 plus a patio umbrella with a metal pole still in the original package for $50.00. The BEST part of todays purchases was everything in the store was 1/2 off day!!!

I was shopping in the local store today and watch a man ask for help with a pair of shoes he was just released from jail with nothing. And goodwill told him they dont help like that. So wth.... where does all of our donations really go?

Not happy with GOODWILL business practices. Cant shop here do to increased pricing. They seem to have forgotten the merchandise was f free, and they are a thrift store.
