I called two times on different days and asked them if the sell GENUINE ZIPPO LIGHTER FLUID 12 OZ. (notice that it is all in capital letters because that is what I was clearly asking for), and they told me that they do sell that for $2.99. When I went to the smoke shop a few days later, I saw that they had a 4 oz. container of genuine zippo lighter fluid and not the 12 oz. I was looking for. When I asked where the 12 oz. container of genuine zippo lighter fluid is, they showed me one 4 oz. container. I told them that that is the 4 oz. container and not the 12 oz. container I was looking for. So I asked them again and this time they showed me a different brand but it was not lighter fluid because it was a tube. Lighter fluid does not come in a tube, only butane fuel does. So I left the smoke shop as a very unhappy customer.

Love this place. Like everyone says here, they have great personalities. They are funny and entertaining. Last time I went in a customer was filming a video for instagram and the two brothers of the shop jumped in and was being funny in the video. They have a wide selection of product be it hooka, e cigs, cigars, weapons for self defense, and etc... I wish they had a wider variety of ejuice though. Their house made juice is great but I wanna try some of the known brands. New to vaping

I called ahead to make sure they had what I was looking for- and they were closed at 11pm? Isnt that a bit early for this kind of shop? The guy asked where I was like if I was close enough hed take care of me. I told him I was 7 miles away on I 10 and he said "Oh no, man. Were closed. Bye bye, now." Haha. Oh well. Ive been here a handful of times over the years. Nice selection and nice people. Always a cute girl working the counter whenever Ive been in.

I love this place and the people who work there. If you become a regular, you get treated like one, and receive better deals. Also, every single person that I met for the first time asked for my ID. To me that is extremely important because A) shows good work ethics, and B) Im 25 years old and love being carded because it makes me feel I still look young lol. They have a huge selection of merchandise and great personalities.

The guys that run the counter are jackasses that make you feel like their going out of their way to do their job. They ignore you waiting for service unless you interupt one of their pointless conversations. They dont respect patrons or people that bring them good buisness. Ah they also scratch out or scribble over prices printed on lables to charge what they feel is the "right" price so yea.. they steal from you.

I go here quite often and have bought a few different items ranging from cigarettes, juice, swords to hookas. They always are polite, courteous and helpful. They are competitively priced and have a buy 10 get one free stamp card for things like cigarettes. I have taken other people there to buy items they were looking for and recommend it to anyone seeking smoking related items as well as a few novelty items.

Ive been here one time so far (last week). The only reason I went is, because it is the first smoke shop open on the west side. The owner seemed very courteous and the prices were decent. I went in needing two items and was only able to afford one. He asked how much I had and ended up putting one of the items "on sale". I will keep this shop as my back up for when my usual is closed!

VERY POOR business ethic. True great hours and good selection. However, I would recommend not making large purchases here, they dont really stand behind their products and if you have an issue their apt to give you a tough luck response instead of resolving the problem. Bad business- I wont shop here again.

I go to this smoke shop quite regularly! They have ALL brands of cigarettes you can imagine. Their prices are fair & the staff is very courteous & always helpful! Ive never had a problem there & love theirs energy drink selection, etc! ALL THUMBS UP from ME!!!

The management has gotten rid of the nasty dude who used to work here! I stopped coming here for awhile cause I couldnt buy smokes without being hit on! Thank you and i will be a loyal customer from now on!
