I am a current business owner, and former military. I understand customer service, quality, and value. That is why Ive decided to make this my one and only shop to go to from now on. Every time Ive been in I get greeted immediately, and asked if I need help with anything. Then when its time for me to spend my hard earned money, they actually take the time to educate and give advice as to what products would work for me best. Ive been in store at least 10 times now, and the service never varies. They took the time to make me feel I was a valued customer, so thats why I took the time to write this review. Oh, by the way. The reason I ended up at this shop is because the absolutely horrible service i received at another near my house. Its by Frys on Avondale and 85. Cant remember the name. I couldnt even get the girl to look up from her phone to help me. Then, when I finally had to ask her to come help me, she rolled her eyes, sighed, and said "what do you need"? Save yourself the hassle, and stop by Smoke Away. I truly feel you will not be disappointed.

This place is has zero customer service and they dont know anything about the products that they sell, they dress like that pan handler hanging at the gas station hitting you up for 75 cents on your home from work. This doesnt apply to the woman that works in the morning , but aside from her , this place to sum it up is just dirty and not very helpful giving advice on their own products that they are pitching to sell you "they arent the brightest bulbs in the box" and if you have a problem with something they sold you they wont give you a refund or even try anything to resolve it at all. Just overall bad customer service and bad management for not educating their employees about the products they sell and also for hiring people in the first place that make cashiers working the drive thru in fast food look like professors in the study of quantum physics. If you think McDonalds was bad, try going going shopping at a smoke away :(

I have been a customer here for 4+ yrs and have really had pleasant interactions with the staff. But today (4/19/2017) around 3:45pm I get yelled at by an employee named Hollie or Holly however she spells it about not bringing my child in with me when I come in, now I understand there are age restrictions but Hollie immediately assumes that my child is over 5 years old just because she is tall for her age. Now this is a first for me since I have always had my child go in with me. Without even asking politely and letting me know of this policy like a normal human being she yells at me from across the store for all customers to hear. Obviously Hollies professionalism and human decency left the store without her. So fair warning to visitors you may be treated worse than an amoeba by Hollie when you go in!

Place is a rip off -Word to the wise b4 you buy anything from here first look for the same product online you will be amazed at how much profit there making off of you and how much u can save just by waiting a few days to get the SAME item online. Hey I understand business is business and they too must make a profit off every item sold but to get rich off any one customer I think its wrong. I bought a $71.00 mod from them that I later (same day) found online for $21.00 tell me I dont feel stupid. And no they dont do returns when I told Kyle who sold me the mod about the price online for the same mod his reply was Yeah I know u can get it much cheaper online and no i cant give u a refund-Live and learn I wont be coming back here ever again.

On 03/02/2016 I came in bright n early looking for some E-juice and there was two gentleman there they were very helpful in helping me choose the right one to my liking and I was also looking for a coil and they new exactly what I needed. they were very knowledgeable and the prices were very great at this establishment. I have always came here for every thing that I need and I have always noticed that it is very Clean, friendly, and welcoming environment. this is the best smoke shop in the valley and I constantly recommend this place to all my friends, family, and coworkers.

I recently was diagnosed with cancer and went there to obtain some CBD oil. It has helped my pain like no pain killer has ever. I also bought some for my puppy who has hip dysplashia and boy, i tell you she is a new dog. She does not even hesitate to get up and get moving. She is back to old self. The staff was amazing, answered all my questions, and provided outstanding customer service. Wish is smoked flower still, because they have an amazing selection on glass pieces. Thank you guys! You have helped me more than you know!

Glass looks to be good quality. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Only posting 3 stars cause I have to go back for a 3rd time because the item I first purchased was promised to fit with my nail but still hasnt * Okay so Kenzie was absolutely fantastic!!! I believe she is who I had before. Out of this world nice and helpful. Along with it was raffle day so I got an additional 20% off with a bonus on my review. :). Thank you Kenzie and smoke away!!!! Great place friendly staff but two stand out Kyle and Britney two awesome ppl that i have gotten to know over the past few months going there friendly and happy when you walk in its nice to go into a smoke shop thats not afraid to have a conversation with you and let you know the deal days that happen once a week Oh and there price per pack is better than everywhere else save some money and check them out you will leave with a smile on your face and a new place to get your supplies

Great place. I walked in and was shocked at how big it was inside versus how it looked outside. Huge selection of quality glass. I was so impressed by their selection that I must have spent half an hour looking. Friendly and didnt get upset that after looking for 30 minutes I came there for a dollar item. Plus they provide products for whatever your specific hobby requires although not all are visible, some are behind the counter perhaps for discretion.

Always passing the buck. It doesnt matter if its a vape pen or a "lifetime warranty" on a torch. They always find an excuse to not warranty the product. I am so tired of this place and will never return. I have literally spent thousands there over the last three years and Im upset I did. I HATE SMOKE AWAY. WORSE SMOKE SHOP IN THE VALLEY!
