I am very disappointed with the eastdale mall jewelry dept Iv been trying to get them special 10.00 fresh water pearls but they always tell me the wrong day and when I call the day they said they came the day before and sold out. Iv been dealing with this agrovation for 2 weeks now I spend a lot of money in that store and I want the deal they promised me. Nobody bothered to even aske to order for me online now its almost Mothers Day and I still havent gotten earrings. So that will be a little something extra when they come in 2 weeks and thats not even the whole problem Iv been calling everyday day through day and phone just rings they have no respects for there customers even if their waiting on somebody they could at least say please hang on I will be with you in a moment. When I complained nobody even apologized for inconvenience. These people need to learn whats good customer service in business. By the way Im having to go up there a thousand time to order them cause they cant do it over the phone. So jcpenney jewelry yall r very disrespectful to ur clientele.

WARNING....DO NOT PURCHASE FINE JEWELRY FROM JC PENNEY!!! THEY DO NOT HONOR THE QUALITY OF THEIR JEWELRY. I PURCHASED A WEDDING SET FOR OVER 2500.00 AND THE SET WAS WORN ONLY 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE FINISH ON THE BAND BEGIN TO FADE AND LOOK DULL. I RETURNED TO THE STORE FOR THEM ONLY TO TELL ME THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BECAUSE I DID NOT PURCHASE A CARE PLAN. WHY WOULD I NEED A CARE PLAN I ASK....I WAS TOLD TO BRING IT IN ONCE OR TWICE A YEAR TO HAVE IT CLEANED AND MAKE SURE THE STONES WERE STILL SECURED. NEVER WAS I TOLD THAT THE FINISH ON THE RING MAY TURN AND LOOK WORN. I WAS TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO, THAT IT WAS UP TO THE STORE MANAGER TO ISSUE A PARTIAL OR FULL REFUND. I LEFT MY NAME AND NUMBER FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL AND NEVER RECEIVED THAT CALL. I CALLED 2 WEEKS LATER ONLY NOT TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER BUT SOMEONE ELSE TO TELL ME THE MANAGER SAID NO TO ANY KIND OF ..REFUND

this jcpenny if the worst jcpenny in alabama. i asked the sell associate to take a shirt off my order,then i personally hang it back up for her by the register. got home and she didnt take the shirt off of my receipt went back they checked the camera the camera shows me hanging the shirt up and they still wont give me my money back. never shop here.

Shoe salesman was very unprofessional didnt do anything tomake my abopping experience good for me didnt do anything to help the fact that i recieved one clean and one dirty sbeaker for my child going back to school

Nice layout, it was fairly easy to see where everything was with just a quick walk thru the store so we didnt need to spend time hunting for what we were shopping for.
