Typical careless business, will never use again. The representatives were rude and short both on the phone and in the store. I needed a replacement door for one that we purchased from them a few year before. On the first call they said repeatedly said we cant help you, we dont have that, and you are going to have problems with that... Knowing that replacing a door is a simple process I drove 1+ hours to the store to look around. Sure enough the door was in stock on the floor. I asked to speak with the Brian, one of the many people I was passed around to on the phone and he was busy talking shop with a cable/phone service provider nearby and was "busy". Nobody else offered to help. One lady who was standing around said she was helping somebody else. She wasnt doing anything. Finally, I went to the desk a third time and they again said I couldnt just get the door. After explaining how simple to was to the supposed experts, I was able to convince them to order the door. The charged 125 dollars for just the door, no frame, no hinges, no hardware -- then made me go pick it up from the manufacturer 25 minutes down the road. When I went to Barnett to pick it up, the guy at their desk laughed at the markup on the door. He said it would cost less that 45 bucks for the door and "Wow, they really made good on this sale". In the end a truly repulsive experience for a simple project. Ill never recommend or use their store again.

The items I purchased were not available & what was available was not 1st quality. None of the items offered for pick-up were straight & defect free. I had to be very firm in my demand for a full refund. The experience took over 1.5 hours to: 1) place the order 2) have the order hand written 3) pay for the order 4) drive around to pick up the order 5) walk inside and inform of the poor quality and insufficient quantity 6) walk back out to pick up to show inside sales the poor quality and insufficient quantity 7) walk back inside to ask - then demand a refund 8) wait while the entire order was again hand written and wait for my refund A complete waste of time. 1.5 hours to accomplish nothing.

I recently went in to Mobile Lumber looking for supplies to help rejuvenate my back deck. I spoke with a representative about what materials I would need to remove the dirt and grime and bring it back to its original shine. After speaking with the representative that helped me out she explained that if I ever had any other questions about doing any type of home improvement or project around the house that I could call her personally or send her an email and she would take care of me. I was really please with my overall experience at Mobile Lumber and will definitely be going back there for all my home improvement needs.
