Weve been purchasing supplies for our indoor and garden bed installations from Zoro for awhile now and always had a good experience. They do ship the product as it arrives from the manufacturer, so sometimes the order comes in three or four boxes over a couple days, but the shipping invoice clearly shows the count of what to be expected in that particular box versus what else to be expecting before the order is "complete". Finally had a bad order (the entire batch was broken in the same spot) and I have to disagree with the "poor customer service" assessment. Called up, had the order set for replacement immediately (maybe four minutes?), and though they are currently back ordered on it (reviewing this as I speak with them now about the lead time), the CSR was very apologetic and gave me an estimated date for shipping when they are no longer on back order. 5 stars. Our company strives for 100% just as they do. But we recognize they are humans serving humans - just as we are - and sometimes mistakes happen; its the courtesy and ownership with which you respond to them that makes or breaks a company. Zoro gets it. Thanks!!!!

AWFUL COMPANY.. what a joke. False advertisement, the worst customer service Ive ever encountered, rude, disrespectful, dishonest, and all this before breakfast. Why you ask? Because I bought 30 hard hats from them based off of the picture they used to advertise their hard hats. Not even usable under OSHA regs.. why in the world would you sell a hard hat that cant be used.. insane really... I am 37 and I have NEVER written a review on ANY company... THATS how awful this transaction was.. and what is their fix? To send me the appropriate ratchet strap?? HA!! Not even close. Send the products back wait 7 to 14 days for your refund (of $500) and not even a sorry.. instead its MY fault!! FTC here I come.. actually it may just be my fault. I guess I should have payed attention to the 300 negative feedbacks on Ebay. . Wont happen again.. do NOT buy from this company.. TRUST ME YOU WILL SHORTLY REGRET IT!!!

I recently had the pleasure of ordering two separate items from Zoro and couldnt be happier with their customer service. The 1st item processed quickly, arrived just a quick and all was good in the world. The 2nd item was processed quickly however, UPS "delivered" the package and it was nowhere to be found. My call to customer service was quick and the operator immediately shipped me out a replacement. When the replacement arrived I realized that I, not them, had made a mistake in ordering and called to reorder the correct item. During this call the operator processed a return for the item I mistakenly ordered and tanked my again for my business. In one transaction they handled 2 issues that were no fault of their own and made me feel like a valued customer. Not many companies still pull off customer service like this anymore. Thanks

I have placed three orders with Zoro in the last month, two through Ebay and one directly through Zoro. They all shipped incredibly fast, like order on Wednesday and receive on Friday! I called Zoro to initiate a return on my last order, a pair of 16’ 4 ga battery jumper cables. They told me they would credit my form of payment and that they didn’t need me to return the cables but asked that I donate them to a school or something instead. I will give them to the school where my wife works. I bought the cables to keep in my wife’s car as her battery recently died and her car needed to be jump started when she was leaving school. The donation the Zoro rep suggested was very appropriate. Thanks Zoro!

They received my eBay order for a reflective polo shirt on Sunday. I was called by a delivery driver the next day at around 6pm telling me he was at my apt with my package. Unbelievably awesome! I had never heard of Zoro Tools before but Ill tell you what, you now have a customer for life. I didnt even pay for special shipping. You guys rock!

I was hesitant to use because they were an unknown company to me. They had a gun safe at a significant discount to the Amazon benchmark but was still on the fence. I then received a 20% coupon one day and took the plunge. The transaction was perfect and I saved $700 from amazon. Could not be happier
