One of the best vape shops in North Alabama, that is because it is one of the only ones. Dont get me wrong, there is not much to complain about. Just, most of the competitors either suck more or are much better. Putting skyzone somewhere in the middle. Note: I know that they arent just a vape shop. Pros: The staff know enough to educate small minded and new vapers The selection of the mods, juices, and accessories is decent. They will build your coils for you if you purchase your wire there. The staff remembers you if you come more than once or twice and they know "exactly" what you need, even if you dont. And quite often will offer you better prices if you are a regular. The store is in a convenient location relative to the road that it is on, see below for my complaints on the location. Cons: The staff can be easily outsmarted when it comes to more advanced vape mods and the true difference between a clone and an actual mod. I have a hard time trying to communicate with who I believe is the owner. I dont believe English is his first language. Either that, or I just speak too fast. Most of the selection is over priced, but for vape shops that is very common. Id say they are in the 40th percentile when it comes to over-pricing. They quickly recommend the cheaper mods to new users, knowing that they are just overpowered e-cigs and not vapes. The flavor selection could be better. They only really keep the flavors that are really known. The shop isnt primarily a vape shop. They sell tobacco products, marijuana paraphernalia (they call it tobacco tools, but it is obviously not). Isnt in an optimal location. They only have 3-5 parking spaces at any given time, and the turn into the parking space is kind of hard to get to. Conclusion: I believe that they are good enough of a store to stay open, but they arent anything too special. They are in a conveniently close area to most people where I live and are pretty much the only option for about 20 miles in any given direction from the stores location. Although, I believe that they would do better as a vape only location, I do find it convenient that they also sell flavored tobacco for hookahs and light-able coals. I rate 4/5 stars.

Sky Zone is the only shop I go to since it opened. The fact Z educates the new beginner while helping them make an informed decision on such things from a small purchase of a couple flavors or a whole new unit is pretty cool. He is also able to help the more experienced get something for their interest as well. Z never seems like he is trying to rush you out the door because youre only buying just one flavor and not dropping your paycheck on a whole new vaporizer. I will agree it can be frustrating when its a longer wait to get a couple of things. But that is because he is just one person. He takes his time to help the new beginner or the person that thinks they know everything and all things about vaping... When you have one person trying to truly help people those conversations are going to take a little time. *Prime example*: When I had an issue with my very first Vape I bought from him Z no bullshit tried to figure out a way for realistically 15+ minutes so I didnt have to buy an all new rig. I had dropped it so many times the tank wouldnt screw onto the base anymore because the threads were so messed up and cross threaded from being banged around. So you have an experience like that... Why in the hell would I spend my money elsewhere? Those type of things are what makes Zs place more personable so you feel good spending your money there instead of at just another "VapesAreUsBro" type store... I know everyone has their own experiences. But my time spent there 3+/_ times a week at Sky Zone have been awesome time after time! And if nothing else... They have a value card and if you keep up with it you get the tenth e-liquid free. With all that said... Thanks Z. Your all right in my book sir. -Austin

I have been shopping in this vape shop for 3 years now. I have shopped other vape shops and will no longer go anywhere else, These gentleman that own and run this store are not rude. could it be that they where busy with other customers and could not cater to you or your phone calls? why call and shop go in to the shop, to shop or ask questions. If by chance they where rude you probably gave them good reason. they are always helpful and friendly. Last I checked they are a business it is there job to sell there items to you. They also set there prices as they need to. who are you to tell them how to price there items, do you tell Walmart how to price?

This place is an absolute JOKE! The ppl working ( I assume the owners) are rude as anyone I have ever talked to. Everything in the store is ridiculously over priced. They do have a decent selection but the way I have been treated ever time I go there or even call is enough to keep me from going back. I will go without what I need to keep from having to go there and I live like 5 minutes away. I DO NOT recommend going here, ever. Another thing I noticed by talking to them and hearing them interact with other customers is that they will tell you whatever you want to hear to try and get you to buy from them right then and there. Almost try and force it on you. I will throw my vaporizer against a wall before I ever go back.

Skyzone Smoke Shop is the best place in North Alabama to buy E-cigarettes. The owners, are not just salespeople, they are true friends, who are very pleasant and fun to be around. I have tried other smoke shops in Huntsville, and have not found any to be as knowledgeable and informative as Skyzone. They do not just sell their products, they also take the time to show you how to use and care for your purchase. I give them a five star rating.

He is very knowledgeable about his products and can guide you to help you find the exact type of appliance and flavors you will enjoy. The BEST place in town to get all of your tobacco needs! The staff is extremely knowledgeable, polite, and customer oriented. Its the most convenient place to go in Madison, and has the best deals! Every time I visit this store, I have a pleasant experience and I recommend this shop to everyone I know!
