This place has such good reviews (especially about customer service), but I cant help and think either A. The people are friendly enough and those customers dont bother to realize that they give false information or B. The staff is more honest to those who they feel are trendy. My mom has gone here multiple times (I have gone with a couple times). She has spent hundreds of dollars, and after this last visit she will not be returning. My husband vapes and he got a new nice set up else where. My mom liked it and went to her local store being this location to purchase the same machine. The gentleman pushed her into "having" to buy extras. When she asked questions he gave his preference as fact to support his pushy unneccasary additions. He lied about the product. When we heard this my husband called the store to just talk about what had happened. He was given "No ____ is a great worker. There must have been a misunderstanding. We wouldnt have said that." The frustration wasnt about the money, but rather my mom went here with a couple simple questions to make a large purchase and was given the wrong information which meant she learned nothing about the item she received as she was hoping to. Choose a different Vapor Store.

Great surroundings, friendly people, and great service/products. Vinny, Rachel, Josh, Tom, Sarah, and Linda are all aweaome employees and always treat people with the best attitude and customer service possible. They are all friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. Saffire is the only place I go in town. They have the best flavors and pricing in clarksville. My recent perchance was the 0.15 ohm nickel coil for my subtank mini on a smoktech m80 plus mod. Temperature control! Im loving the coil. The flavor is Red October, best taste out of any flavor there. 80 watts on 900°f or 55 watts on 700°f. NO DRY HITS AT ALL! Thank you guys, and be expecting me back very soon.

The BEST vape shop in Clarksville, hands down. Rachel is 100% committed to ensuring customers leave satisfied, and the whole rest of the crew makes sure that happens. Vinny and Josh are fantastically knowledgeable about the products and always take care of their customers no matter what. They know theres competition out there, and they retain business by treating you right! Their Full Steam line is the only juice I use. Even though I recently moved to Nashville, I still get my juice & coils at the Clarksville location because theyre the BEST!

what to say about Saffire Vapor in Clarksville , simply put these guys are awesome. I recently purchased a mod from them for my Aspire Atlantis, I ended up having some trouble with it ( just wasnt working properly ) I went into the store, thinking this was going to be a lot of trouble, the staff was very polite and sympathetic to my issues, replaced it with a completely different model, no questions asked, overall best experience with a vape shop hands down, I would recommend them to anyone cheers one very happy customer

For me personally, I think their service is wonderful and there shop is clean, and full of practical and competitive mods. I like they have sales to since I think their prices are a bit high, but I keep going back since there hours suit my needs, and there staff has always helped me find what Im looking for. Best shop in clarksville! I can not say enough good things about this store!! My go to guy of course is Vinni! You got a problem he will do everything and I seriously mean anything to fix your problem. He makes the best coils and is also known as the coil guy! Seriously stop in and ask for Vinni! You will not be disappointed, like never will you be disappointed.

Fantastic staff and facility! For every referral you get a new juice worth $30! Theyre extremely knowledgable about their products and have a pretty expansive juice/flavor selection. They Even have a restroom for customers, which you know isnt normally accessible for anyone. Feel free to contact me with questions. Highly recommend

Everytime Ive ever been in saffire vapor in Wilma Rudolph Ive had great experiences!!! Funny is amazing! Ive never come in with a problem that he couldnt solve for me and he did it very quickly! Great customer service, very friendly, clean store. If i could rate more than 5 stars I would.

They have what looks to be nice hardware. Probably the worst e-juice that I have ever had, in a comparison to VaporWise, Virgin Vapor (my fav.) and ECBlend. Lack of selection and customization, juices were pre-made seriously? Last time I drop by for e-juice.

Safire is the only place I like to go really. It has a casual atmosphere to me. Staff is easy to talk with when I stop by. They have a nice selection of flavors, tanks, and cleaning accessories to put out there with fair pricing.
