I have shopped at Publix in Enterprise, Alabama since they opened. Just like every hard WORKING person, I am always looking for sales. My husband only drinks the V8 juices and every time they are bogo we purchase 20 at a time. This trip we decided to get 30 and when we got to the check out counter the cashier rudely told us that there was a limit of 8 per household. I ask to speak with a manager and she approached me loaded for bear and told me that was corporate policy and she worked there 3 1/2 years. Ok so I get it but I tried to tell her nicely that I have bought these same drinks ever since they put them on bogo since they opened. She Midas well have told me I was a liar. UNACCEPTABLE customer service. We spend a lot of money in s Publix but I am not afraid to go back to Walmart where at least they can be somewhat nice. No where in the add does it state a limit on bogos. PLEASE, someone resolve this issue before I blast the rude managers name.

More expensive than Whole Foods! I never knew how great I had it with HEB in Texas. I guess its too much to ask to have a grocery store in Enterprise or Dothan that has fresh produce and fair prices. The organic prices are more expensive than Whole Foods. No wonder people think its too expensive to eat organic- if all theyve ever had is publix to gauge prices I can see why! We have been here twice and both times were astonished at the outrageous prices. Weve been going to Montgomery every two weeks to go to Costco and Whole Foods and I think that will have to be the extent of our grocery shopping.

We stop here regularly when traveling. We called in a day ahead for a couple of Deli platters. On 2/27/16 we stopped by to pick them up. One was not ready. This delayed our trip by about 15 minutes. Not a huge deal, but it wouldve been nice for them to have offered some sort of small discount since we set it up online the day before.

Great store! I go here to get vegan and dairy free options for my daughter with allergies. They always have what we need and often have new things for us to try. You know you are getting a great product as soon as you walk through the door. Great staff. Clean facilities. Amazing variety! Awesome products!

It might sound a little weird but I feel really happy when I shop at Publix! They have a vast variety of produce and International Foods. The customer service is phenomenal; the guys who work the register always make me laugh and everyone is always glad to help out.

Publix is usually a good choice if you dont mind paying a little more. The extra you pay gives you more real choice, better service and a clean store. This shopping center has entrances from two different streets so its easy to get in and out quickly.

Always friendly and helpful. Very good customer service. My daughter is always offered a cookie while I shop, the men who make the sushi are always funny and friendly, and the workers at the registers are fast and always willing to lend a hand!

Who needs Wal-Mart treat them like poo? Publix gives its customers that home town feel greating their customers by name sometimes and actually go out of their way to help you unlike some other merchants.
