So today I placed an web order for my sub from the deli, they were very busy as usual so after arriving 20 mins after my order was placed I did not mind waiting. I placed my order under the name Dj. Now as I watched the tall black lady with glasses make my sandwiches I noticed she was missing things on one. I Informed her that spinach and oil n vinger was not on there an her response was handing me packages of oil an vinger while stating the spinach is on there while looking at the receipt.Now I get my sansandwich back to the work to notice that more stuff was left off. Now I wouldnt be so upset if I wasnt basically called a lier an handed packages of what I asked to be placed on my sandwich. Not only that I paid for what I wanted an did not get it. Very disappointed only have a certain amount of time for work so I order ahead I guess ill find another place to eat.

We were in Dothan at flowers hospital for our little girl. She was feeling bad all day and had just been told she had strep throat. We stopped in and the pharmacy had her antibiotics ready in no time and then we started out. We bought our child a balloon but when we got outside the wind carried it away. An associate named Chloe went chasing after it but was unable to catch it. She went inside and got her another balloon and brought it out to us and our little girl instantly went from her sick feeling all day to happy and giggly on the ride home. That was an awesome experience and although small made an impact on us. We will be returning to this publix in the future and Chloe is a big reason why.

Just pulled up at Publix at 10:02. There were two more customers that I could visually see checking out. The door was locked I tapped on it and asked the manager could I just grab one thing of sour cream. Hey said no Im sorry I just cant do it while the other two customers had shopping carts full of groceries. I could have got the sour cream and him rang me up himself on a different register in two seconds. I am the dad of a family of four. I spend over $1000 a month buying groceries from this Publix. I will never shop here again because of his dont care attitude.

Doctors office called in several prescriptions for me. Before I could even get to the store they had them filled and ready for pickup. I had a prescription discount card on file but because they recently added a discount card they compared it with mine and theirs saved me even more money. They charged me the cheaper price and all before I even got to the store. Customer Service at its best and this is the way it has been EVERY SINGLE TIME I have gone to the Publix Pharmacy. The employees are the friendliest and most helpful I have ever seen THANKS Publix!

love it alwsys clean and good food although the young woman invthe bakery and her husband or boyfriend i addume were having a fight while i was trying to shop and the tone and loudness of their voices totally unacceptable did not see any management to report it i will continue to shop there i felt bad for employee being harrassed while she was trying to work ..wr cannot control other people and she was embarrassed and trying to difuse the situation but it was beyond her contr

My husband is in the hospital and we r regulars at this store.i stopped in on the way back to the hospital to get my husband some drinks etc and was having problems making my debit card work. Chrisshada at the service desk took out her own debit card and paid the 11.46 so I could get back to the hospital .. this store rocks and the staff has always been EXCEPTIONAL
