DONT EVER BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM HOME DEPOT, EVERRR!!! And definitely DONT buy their PROTECTION PLAN, ITS A FRAUD!!!!!!! I bought a washer and dryer from them and then added a protection plan for 200$. They came in when my wife was home, did not properly install the dryer, and claimed that the hose thats coming out of the wall is too short to connect it to the dryer. When we contacted our maintenance people, they said theres no problem with the hose at all and it clearly sticks out enough from the wall to connect it to the dryer. After waiting for almost a week without a dryer, and million of phone calls to the company, the dryer is still not installed and theyre blaming us for the problem. They said that we need to install it ourselves cause its an "unforeseen problem" (exactly his words. And by the way, One of the people I talked to over the phone and was the rudest and most unhelpful person ever was Marc Jean Pierre, extension 76389). Mind you that we called them before we bought the washer and dryer to make sure that what we have in the apartment is compatible with their product, and after explaining the space and connections we have in the apartment, they told us there shouldnt be any problem and to go ahead and order the product. BIG MISTAKE, NEVER SHOPPING AT HOMEDEPOT EVERRRRRR AGAINNNNNN!!!! The worsttttt!!!!

Wife @ just left there,wanted to look at the grills,Aug.18,2016 at,4:15 pm.we looked@ looked,then I wanted to ask someone,anyone" about the small gas tanks they have for patios,@ decks walked around to the paint place,saw 2 men ,who had Home depot shirts on,Noone else was there with them,he asked me if I needed any help,yes I told him I needed some help over at the grills,he said OK.walked back to where my wife ,waiting at the grills,waited,waited,waited,we then go to the return counter,she asked me if I needed any help,yes I need someone to tell me about the grills,went back to where my wife was,still at the grills, waiting,@ waited,@ waited,@ waited some more.finly got fed up,after WAITING for about 20 min.we left! As soon as I get this card payed off ,I" ll send it back to yall, because I dont want to be bothering anyone there that may have a lot more to do than help me find a grill.Thank you very much for nothing.Donald Worrell.From Dothan,AL.

Had a problem with an online purchase being picked up in the store. The store emailed and texted me to come get the item as it was ready and when I got there they said it was not ready. I left frustrated and complained online. Assistant Manager Willie Megriff Jr. called me to rectify the problem and personally took care of making sure I was satisfied with the product and service. Will continue to shop at this store.

I just bought an Akron Kamodo grill from here and the service was excellent. Originally I was going to get the pre-assembled floor model, but that turned out to be missing a few small parts. A short while later they bring me a new one in the box, and an extra bag of charcoal for the trouble. All the employees were kind, helpful, and considerate. I would definitely recommend this particular store to any of my friends.

way way too many times weve received rude treatment from employees. Unhelpful, "I dont know" answers, with zero interest in actual customer service. Last straw was going to the customer service desk to ask about an exchange instead of a refund, and being rudely told to "get back in line at refunds, we cant help you".... nope, Home Depot, you cant help me. Nor will you get any of my money. *shrug*

You could not believe the frustration just trying to get a cabinet top installed by your company. Every person tells a different story. Appointments are made but not kept. Then you have the nerve to tell us after waiting all day for the tops that now the tops will be back ordered for three weeks??? Boy you sure were fast to demand your money up front, and now we know why.

Had a hard time returning a paint sprayer. Then asked for manager and resolved issue immediately. Everyone was courtes but couldnt resolve the issue without management. Over all the prices are good on most items compared to surrounding stores in this area. Most of the time the prices are lower than Lowes on some items and I do research to find out.

So I get to the counter and show the girl my veteran status and she rings me up at full price so I ask her why. She said I needed to go aaaaaallllll the way to the other side if the store to services to stand in another line to get my discount. Didnt I just show that Im a DISABLED VET? Guess thats how Alabama treats their vets. ROLL TIDE! PFFFT.

I purchased a bagger for my 42 inch John Deere last summer. The bags didnt last 4 months. We contacted management and was told they only warranted for 30 days! As a totally disabled veteran I can tell you this store is NOT Veteran friendly!!

Great place to shop, bought a corner shower unit and when I unpacked it we found all the walls broken. No damage to outside of the box but they replaced it, no questions asked. Outstanding customer service.
