The "no guns" sign in the window immediately lost me as a customer. What is so hard to understand that the bad guys DO NOT LISTEN TO SIGNS!. The law abiding citizens that carry weapons are the ones that will save your employees lives if needed. Get over your backwards thinking that stopping the ones that carry for protection are the enemy and the ones that want to rob and/or kill you are the ones who will obey a simple sign in the window. Just stupid. Thats all I can say. Good luck and I hope your defenseless employees are ok if something does happen.

Love this store and the people who run it. I am at the store now, there is NO sign saying no guns... those who say that are the real morons.... btw gun free zones only tell criminals where to find weak people at a disadvantage, and easy for the picking off. Anyone who thinks gun free zones are safer needs to put a sign on their own property. If you think a stupid sign is going to protect you please be my guest... we will see how long that lasts.

Surprised I havent left a review yet. Will never return to this store after an employee thought it would be alright to emasculate my husband. Apparently he thought it was OK to tell my husband to "be ashamed" because I decided to pick up a bag of dog food instead of having him do it.

Ace Hardware in Ozark is my go-to place for my hardware needs. As a customer I always feel valued and the employees always ask if I need help finding something. If they dont have something Im looking for theyll direct me to another store that might have it.
