Atropa Belladonna

Clean and well stocked, however, customer service earns this place only 2 stars. They had only 2 registers open with one being manned by an experienced cashier and the other a trainee. They had 5 people standing around while both registers were being used for returns while the lines for people purchasing items snaked throughout the store. The manager was overwhelmed and there shouldve been more people to run the additional 2 registers for the day after Xmas. I was only there to purchase items and found that it took double the time to check out versus my shopping time. Unfortunately, Ill spend the higher price and head to Lowes next time as I always receive good customer service there in a TIMELY manner.

Cheap tools that dont last long or doesnt work at all. If you have to use the tool every day then dont buy it here. I always wondered why they always had liquidation sales and sending 20% off coupons out. Now I know that they know that the tools arent worth the shelf price. Then most of the time that I have went in the store they dont have what I need. They dont keep their shelves stocked. This is not a good store at all. I just rather spend a little more money at Home Depot or Lowes. Atleast then I know that Im getting a better quality tool.

You have to shop carefully, but they have some great values. $15 for a multi-tool that hardly gets used versus $80-$150 at other stores. I can replace it at least 5 times if it ever burns out. Buy their top of the line and save money. I buy my heavy duty, use all the time tools at Lowes or Home Depot as well as cutting tools and even there go for top of the line chisels.

Keep your receipts. Buy the extended warranties. Ask for help from the staff when you have a problem. A fun place for a man to browse.
