I cant stand shoe station, Id rather shop online! Their prices on shirts are not only outrageous, but the manager on duty was snappy and rude, this wasnt the first time Ive walked straight out with no intention of coming back. The first time a few years ago I walked in with my four girls with a shopping cart, carts arent allowed in their store and I cant imagine why! Second time was a few moments ago, I walked in all alone with my Starbucks coffee, the cashier stopped me very kindly to say I could set my drink in the window. No drinks are allowed on carpets. So I did just that, set my coffee in the window. Not two minutes later the manager very rudly said I had to leave with my drink I couldnt have it in the store. No drinks period, with a go to hell look and rolling her eyes! Ill never come back here. Ever! Id rather shop Walmart and that says a lot! I guess employees arent allowed to have drinks until they take a break. Anyways if youre a mother with children, or frequently have to have a drink, Id stay away from this store.

Went in to buy a pair of sandals on 4/29/17 and the whole time Im shopping Im having to listen to two employees complain about one of their coworkers. They werent standing next to each other either, they were on separate aisles. While I was trying on a pair of shoes a woman was standing at the check out for a while before someone came up. Never said "Im sorry for your wait" or anything. When I was ready to check out the same thing. When the girl came up she acted like she didnt want to be there. When she spoke she sounded mad and not very welcoming. I wont be going back if this is the case.

Be very careful when shopping this store. Manager has been know to accuse innocent people of stealing shoes and will not allow anyone to see the security videos. Corporate office will not issue any apologies. Legal action against store could be forthcoming.

Good experiences. Found a shoe I wanted but they didnt have my size so the staff very nicely helped me place an order for the correct shoe size. However this store is lacking in kids shoes!

Nice selection. But the shelves could be more organized. Shoes are all mixed up sometimes. It makes it hard to find what Im looking for. But the staff is helpful.
