My father bought my first pair of work boots here from original owner. Ralph, I believe was his name. Very found memories in this store with my father. Took the time to measure my feet and make sure I got the right boot for the right job. Have bought my work boots here for last twenty years. They even still keep a filling cabinet with your history of sizes and styles to make reordering a breeze.
